It is spacious, clean, and nice.
The location is really good. There are many lines passing through nearby Waterloo Station and Westminster Station, making it very convenient to travel by subway. Also, many attractions in the heart of London are within walking distance if you wish to go on foot. The breakfast offers only basic items, but the hash browns are particularly delicious. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful.

We decided to go on our honeymoon to London, and the first thing we did was look for accommodation. We wanted a comfortable bed and a clean place, so we chose Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London. I had heard reviews about weak water pressure, so I brought a shower filter, but the water pressure wasn’t bad, so I used the regular shower! Honestly, I could tolerate weak water pressure, but I was worried about the bedding not being hygienic or comfortable, but the beds at Park Plaza were absolutely amazing! My husband got an upset stomach on the second day of our London trip and spent most of the time in the accommodation, but thanks to the comfortable bed, he was able to rest well! The staff was also incredibly friendly!! There are ice water dispensers on every floor, so keep that in mind! Park Plaza Westminster London is the best! 💖💖💖.

Her attentiveness and availability towards my children and me created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere from the moment we arrived. She addressed all our inquiries and made us feel at home right from the beginning.
Excellent Location but for the price let down in other ways
I needed to print some tickets which was done for me without charge and the guys in the office there couldn’t have been more helpful. The doorman getting you into your taxi was also extremely helpful. Good sized room, good wifi, good T. V. Loved the size of the bath for a good soak after a long day walking around London.

Despite the hotel’s ideal location near Tower Hill station and the convenience of having numerous restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets in the vicinity, there were significant issues with my accommodation. The main problem arose when I discovered that the room I had reserved was nothing like what was advertised. According to the reservation, I was supposed to have a spacious room measuring 25m2 with an outdoor view and comfortable sofas for relaxation. However, upon arrival, I found myself in a cramped space where even two beds barely fit, leaving no room to move around.

A great place to call home when visiting London
We chose a 1-bedroom flat for the hominess of having both a kitchenette to do a little cooking, and a sofa to relax on, which we really appreciated for our 11-night visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice daylight from the windows. The wardrobe was well-stocked with hangers. The bed was good, with a nice balance of cushy firmness. Staff were helpful and kind, and spoke a range of languages.
Charming and Convenient Stay, but the Lift Situation Was Frustrating
Chelsea Cloisters has become a favorite for my family, especially my kids—it truly feels like a home away from home. We stayed in a 1-bedroom corner room (highly recommend requesting this!), and the extra space made all the difference. The sofa bed was already set up for my son when we arrived, and he absolutely loved it! The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: a washing machine and dryer (super convenient for a week-long trip), and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, and more. The little touches, like the towel warmer in the bathroom, were much appreciated. The beds in the bedroom are on the smaller side, but I think that’s standard.

Concierge great. It’s really good to get taxi from as lots outside even on a Sunday morning Starbucks nearby and cute Italian restaurant, which is a double tick for me. Bar area is modern and nice, and the hotel itself was peaceful although busy. It’s a practical hotel. We found very polite and helpful staff.
Superb hotel location to see the best London has to offer.
This hotel is located just a few minutes walk from Westminster Bridge, the London Eye, Big Ben and the River Thames; Hop on hop off bus stops and Waterloo Station. We received a first class check in from Jaan at the front desk. He was exceptionally helpful and assisted us with everything we required. We arrived early to check-in, just wanting to store luggage, but were given access. Our room on the 12th floor had amazing City views, and we could see the trains arriving and leaving Waterloo Station.
