I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Business Bay, Dubai, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome – the warm cookie at check-in was a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the rest of the stay. The location is incredibly convenient – just minutes from Downtown Dubai, the Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall. It offers easy access to the city’s major attractions while still feeling like a quiet, relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle. What really stood out to me about the property was its modern, stylish design paired with practical comforts.
Good for the amount of money you pay
The hotel was ok we only had 2 major issues. One was the smell from whatever they sprayed in the main area,it was so much that I couldn’t stand it and the biggest issue for me it was that some hours before our check out I asked to pay for the things that we used in our fridge and one receptionist told me that it was 19 aed but that we also needed to pay the taxes for the room. I informed her that we had already paid(they never gave us a receipt for that so I couldn’t prove it) and she insisted that we had only paid for the deposit in case anything happened. When my friend told her that that wasn’t the case she told us to wait there so that the securities would check.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at Hilton Garden Inn (HGI)! The breakfast selection was impressive — fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety to suit different tastes. Everything was well-prepared, from the hot dishes to the pastries and fresh fruits. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and made sure everything was replenished promptly. The location of the hotel is also a huge plus. It’s conveniently situated yet pleasantly quiet — not crowded at all, which made the morning atmosphere so much more relaxing and enjoyable.

The staff of the hotel is very friendly, polite, kind. They try to solve any problem you have, very communicative and always smiling. The room was very neat, tidy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning lady did her job very well every day.

An amazing hotel near Burj Khalifa
We had an amazing time at the First Collection Business Bay hotel. Everything was as advertised, if not better. The room is spacious, with a comfortable bed, and anything that you could need (bathrobes, bath products, hair dryer, iron, tea kettle and coffee and so much more). Although we had the city view room, we could still see the Burj Khalifa through our window, it was just a little bit to the side. Everything is clean and in good shape, and cleaning is done daily.
Overall good hotel, friendly staff & excellent location. Will stay again for same price
+ Location – Excellent. Very close to airport and downtown Dubai. Dubai mall is reachable by taxi within 10 mins for ~20AED + Room service – Excellent. We were on the 10th floor and Bhishal took great care of the room. He is really talented and kind.
