Excellent Hotel at Prime Location on Corniche
My Check-in was Super Smooth. Mr. Nibek Upgraded me to the Top 18th Floor with a Sea View Room & entire process was completed in 5 mts. Room was Excellent with All Basic Amenities with a Super Comfortable Bed. Room was quite Spacious.

The location is in Deira (the old Dubai), so it is super convenient. Within 5 min walk, you can arrive at supermarkets, shops, restaurants and metro stations. The room is quiet and offers sufficient facilities for a short stay. The included breakfast is very decent. The menu doesn’t really change the next day but it’s not a high end hotel, so this is acceptable.

Excellent stay wull comeback again
We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and the experienced was great. Ms Rubeena was great help for us and always asking and reminding if we need to clean our room. She was excellent and very accomodating staff of the hotel. I will recommend her very excellent in her work job. And also the receptionist the handsome guy cant remember the name but wearing a glass when we checked in was very helpful we salute you sir for your kindness.

Negligence
We checked in the hotel at around 12 am and the receptionist who worked in us wasn’t concentrating on us as there was other guests which led to her not returning my ID to me. The following day wen we checked out I realized I didn’t have my ID. I went backed and asked at the desk abt my ID of which the lady I found there told me it’s not with them yet I didn’t go any wea else. I told them to check the cameras and confirm whether the lady returned my identification card. They confidently told me they checked all cameras and it’s not them with it.

The best hotel in Deira. Value for money with good quality of service and within my budget. Very good house keeping team. Walking distance to Union Metro station, it has both red and green line. Walking distance to Union Bus Station, if you want to go to Global Village or Sharjah.
