Stayed on the 29th floor in end June to July 2025 for 5 nights. Overall we are happy with our stay. Hotel is located between 2 BTS stations. Phaya Yothin 24 station is very slightly nearer to the hotel (exit 3, and about 5 mins walk). There is nothing around this station while Ratchayothin station is directly connected to a Cineplex mall.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Quater Ari by UHG for the second time at the end of our Thailand trip, and once again, it was an exceptional experience worth every penny. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service, setting the tone for a memorable stay. The hotel’s location is perfect, nestled in a vibrant yet tranquil neighborhood that offers a perfect blend of local charm and modern amenities. The proximity to Ari BTS station made exploring Bangkok incredibly convenient, yet we always felt like we had a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of each day. Our room was immaculate and stylishly decorated, providing a comfortable and luxurious sanctuary.

Booked 2 superior rooms for 3 nights at The Quarter Ari for a family of 4. It’s a pretty new, clean and modern hotel with spectacular view of Bangkok. The hotel building is shared by other offices in the same building and hotel rooms are situated at high floor above 20th floor, our rooms are at 28th floor with great day and night view of the city and you will see BTS trains travelling beneath from your room windows. The soundproof is quite well unless you keep your room door opened, you won’t hear from the street or others next door. The twin bed size was decent and specious for Asians and facilities are super clean. Temperature of shower may take slight patience to adjust at first but it’s not a big problem and water pressure and drainage at shower room was very good and fast.

After reading reviews, I didn’t expect too much on this hotel. But after checking in, it exceeds my expectation. The rooms are spacious and beds are nicely done and clean. Facilities are decent they have dresser, wardrobe, fridge, wifi, bath tub and of course the basic necessities. We didnt purchase breakfast so cannot tell much about it.

Exceptional in all facets, highly recommended

I initially had a deluxe king but upgraded to deluxe king suite. I will break down my reviews in 5 parts so it will be easier to read: Location – The hotel is situated strategically in Lad Prao. You can go straight to it through the ARL and BTS if you came from Suvarnabhumi airport. It is quite far from Siam and other tourist attractions, but it is very convenient to go there from the hotel, considering that it is connected to a BTS station (Ha Yaek). It is also connected to a mall so you don’t need to go very far to get something to eat.

Stayed at Centara Grand at Central Ladprao from 19 Dec 2023 to 26 Dec 2023 with friends and family (all adults). The hotel and the room was great, especially at the price we paid for (~S$80 per night per room for 2 people, no breakfast). The room while dated is spacious and serves its purpose – only issue we faced was the lack of charging ports – there’s only 1 at the study desk and 1 where the kettle’s located at. There are none by the bed. If you have multiple devices you should bring a multiplug/extension.

The stir-fried vegetables are delicious, but I would like to have porridge as an additional menu item. The coffee is in individual packets, separate from the coffee, cream, and sugar, and there is hot water available for self-serving. There is no coffee machine. The sausages and ham have quite a lot of dough. The orange juice is similar to mixed orange juice, but it probably isn’t Sunquick.

Staying in the room for the first time, I liked the comfort and that everything was complete. There was a kitchen sink, a refrigerator, coffee, a kettle, cups and spoons for stirring coffee, a few clear glasses for water, two towels, a bath mat, and nice-smelling shampoo and shower cream from the hotel. The bed was soft, and the blanket was warm and thick. The door had a private key card that was tapped like a credit card. Without it, no one could enter.

Great location, but disappointing.

I principally book this hotel for its location and proximity to Chatuchak Market and to Don Meuang Airport. However, I also booked this hotel because it has a fantastic swimming pool. The location is terrific. It’s a very short stroll to Kasetsart BTS station and it’s a few hundred baht to get to the Sukhumvit road by Taxi. There is a 7/11 and a few little local restaurants as well as a pharmacy very close to the hotel.

Feel good and comfortable to stay at Maruay Garden Hotel.

This is my second time to stay at Maruay Garden Hotel. Certainly, all the staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful with smile, especially I appreciated Guest Relationship Officer Miss Wannapa for her thoughtful idea about my room arrangement, and the restaurant manager Mr. Nut was very helpful for my breakfasts. The breakfast is good and decent with western and eastern food. The room I stay in, although it is quite traditional, is clean, spacious, and tidy, and the aircon is quiet, not noisy.

Good location but Beware of Hidden Charges

During checkout, we were unexpectedly charged for a broken glass water bottle. While the provision of glass bottles was a thoughtful touch, one accidentally broke when the fridge was opened on the first day. Room service promptly called housekeeping to clean up the mess, leading us to believe the matter was resolved. We had already placed the larger pieces in the bin, leaving only the smaller fragments that required vacuuming. Pros Convenient accommodation near BTS/7-11 The staff is very good, cheerful, and friendly. I called to request a change of bed sheets at night, and the service was excellent. There is a swimming pool and gym facilities. The soundproofing of the room is good, with complete amenities including an umbrella, hairdryer, kettle, and refrigerator. I love the bathroom; it’s beautiful and fully equipped.

Elizabeth traveled from the provinces to compete in sports in Bangkok and took the opportunity to stay at a hotel she used to frequent about 10 years ago. 9 Days 9 Nights at Elizabeth Hotel (May 17-26, 2023) Traveling to the Hotel – Arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport and took the Airport Rail Link from Suvarnabhumi Station to Phaya Thai Station (45 baht). Then transferred to the BTS from Phaya Thai Station to Mo Chit Station (35 baht). The total travel time was about 45 minutes. – From Mo Chit BTS to the hotel, I chose to walk to explore shops along the way, crossing the street opposite Big C, a distance of about 1 km that took around 15 minutes.

– Free water bottles are dropped outside the closed door every morning. – Housekeeping comes when requested, very fast at cleaning. – Rooms are clean and there is no bad smell inside the room. – We requested rooms next to each other and received it. The best part was that both rooms were connected, there was a door that connected both rooms and could be locked from both sides for privacy as well.
