Great value for money
This is a 5-star hotel that I will sum up as being really good value for money. Things I like: – excellent location since you get a choice of walking to the ratchadamri or chit lom bts station, which are separate lines (green and blue). Also find it very convenient to walk to major malls like central world, siam paragon, big C and even platinum mall, all via the sheltered overhead bridge/walkway – very spacious room. The pictures provided on the booking site speak for themselves. – very well equipped room, with full sized fridge, induction hob, utensils and plates, microwave, the usual toiletries, a smart TV, electric water heater, bathtub, hair dryer, washing machine that also has drying capabilities, just to name those I can remember.
Great value in prime location
This lovely all-suite hotel is located in a prime area near Central World, Siam Paragon, and other malls. I was immediately impressed by their grand lobby. I made a special request with the hotel via email before arrival to have my friend’s suite on the same floor as mine, and while they couldn’t guarantee it, they ultimately honored the request on a sold-out weekend. I also requested a high floor, and was given a Grande Suite (1BR) on the 45th floor with a spectacular view of Bangkok. I have visited Bangkok multiple times, and the suite was not the most luxurious or modern one I’ve stayed in, but it is impressively spacious and well-maintained, and all of the features of the room were functional.

Strategic Location
As i had 3 young teenagers tagging along, i booked the 2 brm suite. Hotel provided Panpuri (local brand) toiletries in big bottles. When I called reception if I could bring it out of the hotel, I was told a flat NO. Not even to bring out and return it back in the room at the end of the day. Was thinking to bring out the soap when we were planning some activities elsewhere.

My experience
The stuff was all professional and nice, and always tried to help. The hotel itself is in the center of the city, next to the biggest shopping mall in the city, the rooms are spacious and nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel has the best bath robes that I ever experienced. One of the reasons I go to this hotel is to purchase a couple of new robes for my home. When I ordered 2 fresh coconuts in the room after midnight, the charge was over 800 bat, which is crazy as the cost of a coconut is around 50 bat in the city.
Japanese hotels are reliable.
I stayed for one night during my visit to Bangkok, which had been a while. There was a Japanese male staff member who reassured me that he was there to help if needed, which made me feel at ease. It’s helpful to be able to communicate any requests. The infinity pool was spacious and beautiful, and it was great that they even brought cold water. There was also a sauna and a mist sauna in the changing room/shower area.

Very good
The location is very good. – Walk out to the front and reach the Chidlom BTS station, walk along the long skywalk to Central World or even to Siam Paragon. – Walk out to the back of the hotel to the Ratchadamri BTS station on the Silom line, which heads towards Thonburi easily. The distances are about the same. In front, there is a 7-Eleven, and you can walk to exercise at Lumphini Park, which is a good distance (1 km).

My family and I love love love this hotel!!! We were a family of 12 and booked 4 different rooms – a 2 bedroom suite, a 1 bedroom suite, a twin room and a king room. I would highly recommend the suites for families with small children, as our group had 2 toddlers and an infant. Rooms in general are comfortable and spacious but the Suites offer a dining area and more space for family luggage. Also worth noting that the suites are equipped with a kitchenette – small but useful – it comes with an induction stove top, range hood, a microwave and a refrigerator larger than the usual hotel minibar. The Harbourland (indoor playground) across the hotel (but in the same compound) is an added bonus for families with small kids.

Amazing Stay
It’s quite rare that I am lost for words but I was amazed at the standard of this hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights, with a planned visit to Sea Life which is only a short taxi ride away housed inside the famous Paragon shopping mall. The hotel delivered on every level. The staff from the front desk to the waiting staff in the restaurants, the cleaner who made up our room each day and the turn-down service in the evening. We did book a club room on the 18th floor room 1822 and so had access to the Club Lounge on the 17th floor below for food and snacks at various times through the day.
Overall a very pleasant stay.
The staff are very helpful and the facilities more than adequate. The location is excellent and within walking distance to BTS, Erawan Shrine and Centreworld. I am very grateful for the birthday tart that was left in my room. The configuration of my room was such that the aircon was blowing directly into our faces when we slept. The aircon fan speed was strong even at low level.
