I like having a small kitchen.

9.6

The junior suite room is divided into a bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The highlight is the kitchen, which includes a microwave, electric stove, cups, plates, spoons, forks, knives, and cooking knives, as well as glasses, coffee cups, a kettle, and a large refrigerator equipped with a minibar that contains soft drinks, beer, several cans, and snacks like instant noodles. This kitchen area is the best part of the suite. The design of the bedroom and living room is not very good; the living room is too narrow, with the sofa and wall-mounted TV being too close together, making the positioning inappropriate. Watching TV requires looking up, which causes neck pain (in addition to regular channels, there’s Netflix and Prime Video available).

NOT RECOMMENDED

I booked the hotel via Agoda with 3 days full price paid. First day reached the hotel and manager inform me need to pay extra 1 night room fee due to Agoda only pay them 2 nights room fee. I request the hotel communicate with Agoda as I had been fully paid the hotel room fee to Agoda. They should communicate instead of request customer to pay extra or communicate myself to Agoda. But hotel keep mention that I’m the customer to deal with Agoda so I should take the responsible of it.

Exceptional

I stayed for two nights at the business studio. It’s not too small or too big for being alone, just perfect. – The location has Surasak Station right in front of the hotel, and just one stop away there’s a pier which makes it convenient to go to ICONSIAM. – The bedding is clean and the bed is soft. – When you enter the lobby, there’s a pleasant smell.

Really Good Value for Money – Highly Recommended

9.6

I have to express a big big thank you to their staff! I was trying to extend my stay in The Grand Sathorn thru Agoda and entered the date incorrectly. So I seek help from the reception, the staff was very nice and helped to make a call to Agoda, explain the situation and ask Agoda staff to help me correct the date. Of course, the Agoda staff is really helpful as well. The hotel itself is a historical one. I guess it is one of the oldest yet up-scale hotels in the area in the past.

Large Room for a Good Price

7.6

I was very surprised at how large my room was – huge bed, sofa & small dining area with a private bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The room also had robes, a mini fridge & a safe (though the safe didn’t work all the time). A/C & WiFi worked well. The room could have used a fresh coat of paint, but was quite comfortable nonetheless. Every member of the staff was cheerful & kind & greeted me every time they saw me.

FuramaXclusive Sathorn Hotel – 3.5/5 Stars FuramaXclusive is an older hotel, but it does have its positives. Here’s my experience. The Good: * Location: Very convenient, located near Chong Nonsi BTS station. There are cafes, a supermarket, nail salons, and massage places all nearby. * Spacious Rooms: I booked a deluxe room (the “lowest” tier), which is still quite spacious at 34 square meters.

Excellent

We liked the location and the amenities. The rooms were spacious and clean. It’s closer to the BTS station, riverside, sky walk. We had a smooth stay overall but I really have to mention one thing that I found a little insensitive.

Good Location, Convenient Hotel

10.0

Oakwood hotel sathorn The bed was just right—not too firm, ensuring a comfortable sleep. However, there was some noise from neighboring rooms, like doors closing loudly. The bathroom was spotless, with strong water pressure and both hot and cold water options. It featured a glass enclosure with a curtain for privacy, and amenities included towels, liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hairbrush, and toothpaste. The toilet was a high-tech, Japanese-style automated bidet.

Nine Days in Bangkok

When I first got to the hotel there were some things that bothered me. There was no closet, I couldn’t figure out the shower (and it spayed water everywhere), the wifi wasn’t working for me. , I thought you had to pay for coffee… but by day 2 all my aggravations went away. Someone came up to teach me the shower. Told me to call anytime if the water needed to be cleaned up.
