I have made several reservations at the hotel in the past. Since the breakfast was on the first floor, I stayed several times until it moved to the third floor, and I stayed several times there as well. In the most recent visit, the hotel renovated the lobby area, and I still really like this hotel. 1. The location is the first consideration for my booking because it is right next to the subway, in the city center. 2. The price is very cheap.
Very good location, it is clean but because it is very old so it has an old hotel vibe.
The location is the best. The hotel is connected to the BTS station and you can walk to the Siam Square area for all shopping malls. The staff, especially house keepers are very attentive, whenever I need something they did it right away. I would say the hotel is very clean, I see all cleaning people keep cleaning even the wall or the light that is hanging outside but because the hotel is very old so some people might think that it is not that clean. Old and clean are different conditions.

Arnoma Grand Hotel’s location is very accessible to CentralWorld, BigC, Platinum Shopping Mall and Pratunam Area which are the places I often visit in Bangkok. The staff are very polite and are quick to reply and respond to our queries and needs. I booked two rooms with connecting doors for 4 people. The hotel room where my children stayed was okay. However in the hotel room where we stayed, there was a hole where the hinge of the ref cabinet door was supposed to be attached.

27th night shift front desk staff was terrible
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at Evergreen Place Siam during my recent stay. I have stayed at your hotel before, and you can check my records, but this is the first time I’ve encountered such a frustrating and unprofessional experience. On the night of the 27th, around 11-12 AM, I was intoxicated and misplaced my room key card. When I approached the front desk to request a replacement, the staff member on duty refused to issue me one, claiming it couldn’t be done. I had deposited 1,000 Thai Baht with your hotel, so I don’t understand why it was such an issue to replace the card.
Convenient location but lower your expectations for cleanliness
There was a bit of a delay in our check-in because they did not see my booking and did not reserve a standard room for me as per my booking. Due to the delay and that there were no more standard rooms left, the hotel reception upgraded us to a deluxe suite on the 16th floor (1610). It was around 7:30pm (bkk time) and we were tired after our flight and taking the airport rail line to Phaya Thai and crossing over to the BTS and alighting at Ratchathewi. The upgrade made us a little happier but when we walked into the room, the floor had hair and the toilet had missing bath towels and bath robes. Called the reception and they sent housekeeping right away.

Centre Point Hotel Chidlom stay review
We stayed here for 4 nights. We decided on this place after looking at the location, prices, and many reviews from other guests. We booked a room with breakfast included, and it would have been quite inconvenient if there was no breakfast. The food isn’t very tasty, but it’s decent, and the fruit was the best part. On the second day, I did laundry with the washing machine, and before it finished, I noticed water had spilled all over the floor.
Suitable for families with young children.
I stay at this hotel very often, almost every time I have kids with me, because the hotel has a kids club 😂😂 The rooms are nice; I’ve stayed in every type, from small rooms to large ones. The amenities are complete (I usually don’t use much). The water pressure is strong, and the Wi-Fi isn’t very strong. The higher floor rooms have beautiful views. The beds are extremely soft, making for a comfortable sleep.
