Stepping into the Dorsett Singapore felt like a warm embrace, where the staff’s genuine attentiveness truly set the tone. From the moment I arrived, their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made me feel utterly cared for. Whether it was helping with tour arrangements or simply offering helpful recommendations for exploring Chinatown, their proactive approach left a lasting impression. They even accommodated an early check-in and complimentary late check-out, a thoughtful gesture that significantly eased my travel day. Room Information

The rooms at Dorsett Singapore offer a comforting sanctuary after a day of exploration, often feeling more spacious than what one might expect in a bustling city like Singapore. My King Room provided ample space to unpack and settle in, with a comfortable bed that promised restful nights. While some guests have noted that certain elements might show a little wear or feel a bit dated, and a few bathrooms have a unique layout or lack a bidet, these small details didn’t detract from the overall sense of ease. The presence of universal sockets with USB and Type C interfaces, along with filtered water taps in some rooms, added a modern convenience that made my stay much smoother.

Accommodations that made my trip abroad perfect.

10.0

It was truly a fantastic accommodation. I was really happy that my first overseas trip was to Dorsett Singapore. The reasons I chose this accommodation are as follows. I highly recommend it to anyone who thinks like me when visiting Singapore. 1. Convenient public transportation: You can say that the accommodation is integrated with the MRT.

Great location, walking distance to Chinatown.

9.6

I arrived early in the morning and had to wait until 3 o’clock, and since I was tired, I asked for an early check-in. I was told there would be a charge, and I thought that was understandable. However, the staff discussed among themselves and decided to accommodate me with an early room assignment as a service. Since the staff members didn’t speak much English, they took care of all the arrangements for tours and taxis for me. They also checked on how the tour went after I returned, and overall, the people in Singapore are very kind.

The Park Regis Singapore truly understands the art of a warm welcome, with staff who are consistently described as friendly, helpful, and wonderfully efficient. From the reception to the concierge, every interaction felt genuine and focused on ensuring a comfortable stay. They were always ready to assist with any query, whether it was arranging transportation or offering insightful local tips. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful detail of them helping with a food delivery mix-up and even providing pool keys before official check-in, little things that matter and made me feel truly seen. This property offers that quiet attentiveness where kindness shines through every service, making each moment feel personal.

Room Information

My room at Park Regis Singapore felt like a modern, cozy haven, designed with both style and comfort in mind. The comfortable Queen bed and rain shower were highlights, ensuring a relaxing end to busy days. While some have mentioned that rooms can feel a bit compact or that the bathroom layout, with its sink area often in the bedroom, might seem unusual and offer less privacy, I found the space well-utilized and equipped with everything needed. Soft towels, bathrobes, strong Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge stocked with water and milk added to the sense of thoughtful details. Occasionally, some guests noted issues like overly firm pillows or AC blowing directly on the bed, but these are small considerations in an otherwise well-appointed space.

Dining Experience

The restaurant at Park Regis Singapore provides a sophisticated setting for both local and international cuisine, and guests can even enjoy a discount when dining in. While the breakfast buffet, for some, might feel a bit limited or crowded during peak times, the hotel’s location truly shines when it comes to dining options. Being so close to Clarke Quay means a vibrant array of choices are just a stroll away, from the renowned Man Man Japanese Unagi to the beloved Song Fa Bak Kut Teh. This makes it incredibly easy to step out and explore Singapore’s rich culinary landscape, ensuring that every meal outside the hotel is an adventure.

best of the best

10.0

The location is the best. You can walk to food spots like Ya Kun Toast, Songpa Bak Kut Teh, and Jumbo Seafood / Chinatown, Clark Quay River, Merlion Park, etc. The price is good and the room condition is also good. It’s in the mid-200,000 range, but it’s not cramped at all, so it’s comfortable. One night was in a park room and one night in a room with direct access to the pool on the second floor, both were great.

Nice hotel for a couple of days.

We picked the Park Regis for its location to Clarke Quay and it had a pool access room. The hotel look nice on the website. Check in was easy, we arrived very early in the morning and were lucky enough to be given an early check in and late check out. There were renovations happening which didn’t really affect us except when, finally getting into our room and hopping into the shower, there was no hot water…for 8 hours. This we were not informed about.

My Club Room at Oasia Hotel Downtown Singapore was a beautifully appointed space, designed for both comfort and tranquility amidst the city bustle. The plush bedding and sleek furnishings created a serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. While the glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom, and the lighting, might pose a slight privacy concern for some, and a few guests have wished for more towel racks, the room felt like a private oasis. I particularly appreciated the sense of spaciousness, even in the 28 square meter Club Room, and the thoughtful amenities provided. It felt like a quiet ‘yes’ to relaxation after a busy day exploring Singapore.

Good location and cool design, recommend club lounge experience, sometimes promises more than what it delivers

8.8

Overall pleasant experience, especially thanks to the Club Lounge access, which added a lot of value to the stay. A few areas that could be improved to match the standard the hotel aims to offer. Pillows: The pillows could use some upgrading or at least more variety. They weren’t as comfortable as expected for a hotel of this level. Bathroom Lighting: The lighting setup in the bathroom needs better design — when the bathroom light is on, it’s clearly visible from the outside, which compromises privacy.

Excellent location, eco friendly hotel with quite some in-room inconvenience

8.4

Pros: Can’t ask for a better located hotel with an immediate access to MRT upfront (direct line to/from the airport and 2-4 stations away from major downtown shopping malls, and along major hospitals like SGH, Raffles, John Hopkins & Tan Tock Sheng), to F&B and grocery options of all ranges around the facility within couple minutes of walk, and very eco friendly one. Cons: the building is an office-hotel hybrid, with office space occupied floor below 12 under PS/100 (clearly signed at the entrance). The hotel entrance, however isn’t clear. Reception is located on 12th floor, which no one to great you at the door to redirect you to that floor, tiny direction engraved on wall by the lift; Lack of follow-through in communication between pre-arrival customer service and checkin counter; The room is designed with no tower rack/s or wall hooks in the bathroom or the changing area with sink. There three cute wooden hooks next to the TV however, therefore do expect a super wet floor from the bathroom out to the main sleeping area after showering (since there’s no hanging facility available) or ready to leave both towel and clothes on the toilet lid.

Looking forward again🥰

It’s really a amazing hotel. I wanted to give a early small birthday surprise for my best friend, as I m not around on his birthday. During my booking in Agoda, I requested for early check in and high floors. I m aware it’s all depend on subject of availability on the day itself. 🫡 I did a advance call on Sunday, to check whether the hotel staffs, aware of my request through Agoda.

It’s all dependant on your room!

We booked an executive balcony room as a treat back in June. Overall we were very disappointed with it. We were given room 306 which, as we discovered when passing similar rooms being cleaned, was quite a lot smaller than comparable rooms. This is due to room 306 being at the end of the block and therefore due to the shape of the hotel, it loses a few feet a it narrows on one side. Not only did this compromise space in both our bedroom AND bathroom but it made the balcony quite small and the room quite dark compared to our neighbour who had a brighter, larger space complete with pretty potted plant which ours didn’t have room for.
