Dining Experience

Dining at the Rendezvous Hotel Singapore offered a blend of convenience and local flavor. I found the breakfast buffet at the coffee shop to be a pleasant start to the day, featuring a mix of international and local dishes, though I did hear some guests mention they wished for a wider selection. The hotel’s main restaurant presents a fusion of Asian and Western tastes, and while some found the seasoning a bit strong, it provided a convenient option. Exceptional

10.0

We stayed at Rendezvous Hotel Singapore from June 22 to 26, 2025, and had a wonderful experience. We booked a Deluxe Room with 1 double bed for our family vacation (traveling with a young child), and the hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. Upon arrival, we were pleased to find the room clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged. Although the listing indicated a double bed, it was actually two single beds joined together, resulting in a sleeping space even larger than expected and extremely comfortable. We all slept well throughout the trip.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights here at Rendezvous Hotel. We stayed at the 9th floor rooms. The rooms were nice, clean and big enough for us. In our room, we’re a family of four (with 2 kids). We thought we can share the twin beds with our kids but the beds are on the smaller size so we requested to have an extra bed which the front desk officers gladly assisted us and they were very nice to upgrade our room because our room can’t accommodate an extra bed.

From the moment I stepped into lyf Bugis Singapore, the genuine warmth of the staff made a lasting impression. The team, managed by The Ascott Ltd, truly excelled in making me feel known and cared for. I was particularly grateful for the express check-in, which made my arrival so seamless, and the thoughtful offer of early check-in was a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff, like Nana and Yvonne, were incredibly patient, helping me with directions and answering all my questions with a gracious demeanor. Even the housekeeping team, including Rena, went above and beyond, ensuring my space was diligently cleaned and even replenishing more amenities than I expected. It was these little things—the attentive without hovering service, the personalized notes, and the kind assistance with the self-laundromat—that truly highlighted their commitment to thoughtful hospitality.

excellent location but would not go back

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights during the Taylor Swift Eras Tour in Singapore. To start off with a positive note, location wise, the hotel is in a really good spot. It’s nearby Bencoolen station, Rochor station, and Bras basah station, and Bugis station. The hotel was also easy to find as it is right in the corner of Middle Rd. There were also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Convenient location with warm services

Would recommend this place to anyone that does have certain expectations on service / hospitality when it comes to hotel stays (like me). I had booked a 12 nights stay with Hotel G as my house is undergoing renovations. Key reason for choosing this hotel was due to its central location and convenience travelling to my work place. Price was a little higher due to last minute reservations (under a week before stay). No regrets as the stay was better than expected.

Hotel Mi on Bencoolen St has an excellent location less than 100m walk from the Bencoolen Stn of the Downtown (blue) line. The location is quite central for those who enjoy walking. It’s less than 2 km to Marina Bay Sands, Chinatown, Downtown, Little India and Orchard Road. Fort Canning Park and the Clarke Quay area are even closer. There’s also a bus station near the Bencoolen Station which is very convenient.

Overall it was a pleasant and good place to stay. The room is clean and adequately equipped for a comfortable short stay. The room itself is quite small and it may feel tight to move around inside the room if guests have several large luggages. Not an issue with a couple of small bags. The kettle, mugs, teaspoons, etc.
