Hotel Services

From the moment I stepped into Kenzi Menara Palace & Resort, the staff’s warm welcome made me feel truly seen—a personal touch that lingered. Coach Mehdi, Ilham, and Toufic, in particular, left a lasting impression with their attentive care, always ready to assist with any request. While the valet parking and airport transfer services certainly smoothed the journey, I did notice the pace could slow a bit at the pool and restaurants, sometimes requiring a little extra patience from guests. Yet, the 24-hour room service and daily housekeeping ensured a comforting ease throughout my stay, always there when needed.

Room Information

My room at Kenzi Menara Palace & Resort was a spacious retreat, beautifully appointed with Moroccan decor that felt both authentic and cozy. I appreciated the thoughtful details like the mini-bar and satellite television, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring Marrakech. While most rooms offer lovely garden or Atlas Mountain views from their balconies, a few guests have noted that the air conditioning sometimes struggles, leading to a desire to keep balcony doors open, which can bring in a touch of outside noise. Despite these small concerns, the comfortable beds and clean presentation created a peaceful haven, leaving a comforting impression.

Dining Experience

Dining at the Kenzi Menara Palace & Resort offered a delightful range of choices, with the breakfast buffet standing out for its fresh, varied continental and halal options—a truly satisfying start to each day. The convenience of 24-hour room service and a cozy coffee shop meant that comforting bites were always within reach, catering to every craving. While the variety of dishes was appreciated, I heard a few mentions that the main restaurant’s offerings could sometimes feel a little repetitive, and some guests wished for more fresh orange juice or diverse vegan selections. Still, the overall experience provided a pleasant culinary journey, grounding me in the flavors of Marrakech.

Very good

The hotel grounds are beautiful, smell exquisite (orange blossom!), plenty of seated spots and really well taken care of by staff throughout the day and night. It feels very safe and is well staffed. The room amenities are clean, have the traditional Moroccan decor and very comfortable. Staff pay attention to detail when cleaning your room and greet you wherever you go in the hotel which adds to the feeling of being welcomed there. The breakfast, lunch and dinner meals are exceptionally prepared, with a plethora of options to suit your taste buds, really fresh and constantly topped up.

Really good property with large rooms but the staff needs to be better trained and more hospitable

– We were upgraded to a suite so that was nice. Lots of sunlight in the room with large balconies and interconnecting rooms. – We went for a hammam which was wonderful – the restaurants served some pretty decent food which was also reasonably priced – The outdoor pool was cold but they did have a smaller warmer pool for the kids which they enjoyed – The staff is not upto the mark. We were 3 people in each suite and they only gave us 2 towels. When I asked for an extra towel they said they will have to charge us.

Room Information

My room at Les Jardins de la Medina was a beautifully appointed sanctuary, where Moroccan elegance blended seamlessly with modern comfort, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The plush bathrobes and in-house movies were those little things that matter, making unwinding after a day in the bustling Medina feel like a true luxury. Many of the rooms offered lovely balconies overlooking the serene gardens, a quiet spot for reflection. It is worth noting, however, that some of the rooms require navigating quite a few steps, which might be a consideration for those with mobility concerns. Yet, the comfortable beds and thoughtful decor ensured a restful and deeply comforting stay.

The dining experience at Les Jardins de la Medina was simply amazing, with a halal restaurant that served traditional Moroccan cuisine using fresh, local ingredients in an elegant and intimate setting. Each morning, the continental breakfast buffet offered a delightful start, and the option for room service meant I could savor those flavors in the comfort of my own space. I especially loved that the evenings often came alive with live music in the gardens, adding a charming backdrop to dinner. While the hotel’s offerings were wonderful, I heard that a few guests wished for slightly more variety in the breakfast selection. Still, the quality and ambiance made for truly memorable meals.

This hotel is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the bustling old Marrakech. Upon arrival, you’re immediately emerged into the calm and tranquil world of Les Jardins De la Medina. This translates to birds singing all day long, a beautiful garden with lush plants and palm trees, a big pool perfect for the hot days, and lots of shade. You can select the perfume you want for your pillows and the staff is truly wonderful, always very caring and attentive to your needs. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean, each has its own character and feel to it.

From the very first warm welcome with Moroccan mint tea, Hotel & Ryad Art Place Marrakech made me feel known and deeply appreciated, a feeling that truly sets a stay apart. The staff’s attentive without hovering approach was remarkable, always going above and beyond to assist with requests, whether it was local recommendations or arranging transportation. This property understands that true luxury lies in thoughtful details and personal connections, leaving a lasting impression of genuine care. Room Information

My Ryad accommodation at Hotel & Ryad Art Place Marrakech was a haven of comfort, beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style yet thoughtfully equipped with Western conveniences. The king-sized bed, often with a full mattress, offered a deeply restful sleep, making me feel utterly comforted after long days. I particularly cherished the complimentary water, Moroccan sweets, and fresh flowers waiting upon arrival—little things that matter and made the space feel truly welcoming. A small note for future guests is that some rooms feature smaller windows, which can mean leaving the door ajar for a breath of fresh air. Yet, the clean bathrooms with great water pressure ensured a refreshing and well-maintained retreat.

Dining Experience

Dining at Hotel & Ryad Art Place Marrakech was a delightful affair, especially the breakfast buffet which presented a generous spread of continental options, fresh fruits, nuts, and warm dishes, alongside custom omelettes and crepes. It was a comforting and varied start to each day, truly satisfying. The on-site coffee shop also provided a lovely spot for a quick bite or a relaxing beverage. While the breakfast was generally praised, I heard a few guests mention that for a five-star hotel, they wished for a slightly broader selection or more consistently cooked eggs. Nevertheless, the restaurant’s international and Moroccan dishes offered a flavorful journey.

Amazing hotel!

We had an amazing stay in Hotel & Ryad Art Place. Really friendly staff, gorgeous room and fantastic location really made our stay in Marrakesh. From the airport it’s just a 10 minute taxi-drive to the hotel. We had arranged for a transfer through the hotel (€ 25). The driver was really kind, and awaited us on arrival on the airport.

We stayed for 6 nights in december ,recieved a warm welcome from the Staff ,we had to wait over 2 hours to get a room but the room was beautiful ,we had a double and it was perfect for us. 5 stars in Marrakech is nowhere near 5 stars in europe but it was a definite 4 stars and we were Happy with that. Staff were polite and friendly at all times. Perfect location if you want to be in the busy market Where all the action takes place ,once you are in the hotel you dont hear anything. The breakfast was included and that was my only negative as i expected more after reading the reviews.

Room Information

My room at Riad Hidden Hotel was a charming and cozy retreat, impeccably clean and designed to offer a peaceful escape from the bustling city outside. I found the thoughtful touches like bathrobes and a hairdryer made settling in feel effortless, adding to the overall comfort. First, let me say that we did not stay at the Hidden Hotel. 2 days before our arrival, our host contacted me and said the hotel was damaged and could not host anyone. But instead of just cancelling me, he actually made alternate arrangements with other, comparable riads in the Medina. We ended up in a diff place but it was very nice, a safe, 5 minute walk to the square, and lined with shops. I never saw Hidden Hotel or how it compares to where we ended up, but I will say this: the staff at Hidden Hotel did a tremendous service for us when it found our alternate accommodations.

Superb location!

We were lucky to get the room as it was booked through agoda quite last minute. The riad hidden, just like the name, is hidden in the crowded of medina, very close by and simply walking distance from place jamaa el-fnaa, where you can find good restaurants, good food and some cafes to have a cup of mint tea. Walking distance to many attractions inside the medina, souks, mosques, other good restaurants, and cafes, museums, etc. For first timer like us, i think it is good to stay inside the medina. The room is well-decorated.

Room Information

My room at Riad Rose Meryam was a beautiful Moroccan sanctuary, spacious and impeccably clean, offering a cozy and peaceful retreat from the vibrant Medina outside. I found the comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms contributed significantly to a sense of deep comfort, making each evening a true relaxation. While the authentic decor felt wonderfully immersive, it’s worth noting that a few entrance-level rooms might lack windows, so an upstairs room is often recommended for those who appreciate natural light. Still, the overall ambiance cultivated a quiet elegance, making the space feel like a cherished haven.

Dining Experience

Dining at Riad Rose Meryam was a truly delightful affair, with a delicious breakfast served each morning that often included wonderful honey pancakes—a comforting and sweet start to the day. The on-site restaurant offered a lovely opportunity to savor traditional Moroccan dishes, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients that truly brought the flavors of Marrakech to life. I particularly appreciated the option of a shared kitchen, allowing for a more personal culinary experience if desired. Guests often rave about the food, especially the tagine, affirming that meals here are not just sustenance, but an integral part of the warm hospitality.

Riad Rose Meryem – your home in Marrakech

10.0

Hotel Rose Meryem surpassed our expectations. We wanted to live in a typical Moroccan Riad mostly to get a good contact with other guests and a host family. And we directly felt welcomed by the family. Zeyneb and Rabiya were there to welcome us and show us around. We got 2 rums on the first flor overlooking the patio.

Wonderful Riad stay in Marrakech

10.0

Where to even begin, everything was so wonderful here! First off the Riad is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious, clean, simple decor yet still authentic Moroccan, good bathrooms, and beautiful terrace. Mohamed and Zineb were super accommodating from arranging a car from the airport, having dinner made for us when we arrived (which was a delicious homemade tajine), booking us dinner reservations, recommendations for things to see and do in Marrakech, and even booking us an afternoon trip to the Agafay Desert. The breakfast was also amazing and had plenty of variety. Great wifi. Location is about a 10 minute walk to the main square and about 20 to most restaurants so although it’s a bit of a walk, the area of the Riad is very quiet and away from the craziness.

Riad Hotel Essaouira’s staff truly understood the art of a warm welcome, making me feel genuinely cared for with their consistent friendliness and professionalism. Their helpfulness, whether assisting with local recommendations or arranging tours, left a lasting impression of thoughtful presence throughout my stay in Marrakech. The concierge service proved invaluable for navigating the city, ensuring my experiences felt seamless. While the airport transfer service is generally convenient, I heard one guest mention a frustrating experience with an arranged pickup, suggesting it’s always wise to confirm details. Yet, the overall graciousness of the team truly elevated the entire lodging experience.

Room Information

My room at Riad Hotel Essaouira, with its authentic Moroccan decor, offered a cozy if sometimes compact retreat right in the heart of the bustling Medina. While some rooms are on the smaller side, and the air conditioning might not always be fully effective due to door gaps, the clean and well-kept environment still felt comforting after a day of exploration. It’s worth noting that upper-floor rooms require navigating narrow stairs, which adds a touch of charm but also a practical consideration for luggage. Despite these small quirks, the overall ambiance provided a quiet sense of place, a traditional haven to unwind.

Dining Experience

The dining experience at Riad Hotel Essaouira offered a pleasant, if simple, start to the day with breakfast served on the rooftop terrace—a lovely spot to enjoy the sunrise over Marrakech. The coffee shop provided delightful pastries and light snacks, perfect for a quick bite. While the breakfast was generally decent, I heard a few guests mention it could sometimes lack variety or protein options, and the freshness of coffee and crepes occasionally varied. Still, the availability of room service with local and international dishes meant that comforting meals were always an option, adding a touch of convenience to the stay.

Very good

Solid location, decent breakfast. Cleaning staff were really friendly. Front desk staff was not the best. I’d arranged an airport pickup since I was getting in around midnight and no one was there. I called the reception and was told the driver had been waiting for over an hour and left – except my flight was on time.

I really loved everything about the Riad. It was super well located and easy to find and to walk around. The Riad was very clean, comfortable, beautiful, included a nice breakfast, and the best part was the service. Everyone that works there was extremely friendly, nice, professional, helpful and helped with any request I got. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Marrakech.
