Comfy to house family of 4 in the Soho room
I wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While there were positive aspects, a few issues left me with mixed feelings. On a positive note, the staff’s responsiveness deserves commendation. Initially, there was no cold water in the bathroom on the mezzanine floor, but the issue was promptly addressed when reported. However, the problem recurred later in the night with no hot water, which was a bit disappointing.

Upon our first night of arrival, the check in was smooth as we came around 9pm. The room was clean and spacious. One worse thing was the shower! Only hot water came out and my kid was full of shampoo and complained of no cold water. It is literally boiling water running down from shower. The first night was disastrous but we were all too tired.

I was travelling with my husband and my 2 years old son. Since the very beginning, our check in process has been smooth. The staff are very warm & polite, the receptionist are smiling when greeting us and they even offered to help to bring our things. The housekeeping staff also is very kind when I seek for his help. The location is convenient. My taxi driver was not aware of this hotel but after hearing it is near Eastin, getting there is fine. Queensbay Mall is just under 5mins walk away. There are convenience. shop, local coffeeshop just nearby.
