Guest Reviews
The staff service is good, and the breakfast and lounge are friendly and welcoming.
The room has a view of four landmarks, and the scenery is nice both day and night. It’s a few minutes’ walk to Pavilion Plaza, and there are local breakfast tea shops across the street, as well as several convenience stores nearby. There are also durian shops nearby that allow dining in. A famous Bak Kut Teh shop is also very close. Grab pick-up and drop-off is right in front of the hotel.
Gorgeous view, enjoyable stay with very accommodating staff!
Capri by Fraser never let me down. A rather new hotel in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, it comes with gorgeous view of Exchange 106 tower and Merdeka Tower 118. Room that I had was spacious, clean; the floor-to-ceiling windows were stunning and the mattress was very comfortable. The gym room and swimming pool are on the top floors with impeccable views, we really enjoyed ourselves there. Location wise, it’s 5-min walk away from Pavilion shopping mall and basically there are wide range of eateries choices all around the hotel, ranging from the high-end fine dining restaurants to the local delights from hawker shops. Btw, I couldn’t find their location in Instagram?! It’s a shame as I think hotel’s presence in social media is essential to boost up sales and popularity! Parking wasn’t complimentary but was worth it given it’s located at the expensive and prime area in KL.

Exceptional Stay at Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur – Best Service in Bukit Bintang!
I visit Kuala Lumpur every two months for leisure, and I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels in the Bukit Bintang area. However, this is the first time I felt compelled to write a review — all because Grand Millennium KL gave me an unexpectedly amazing experience. To be honest, I didn’t expect much initially, knowing that the hotel has been around for quite some time. Often, even refurbished older hotels still feel outdated. But I was pleasantly surprised during my recent stay! I checked in on June 28, 2025, and booked a Club Room.
Good location, pleasant stay
First time staying in this property when traveling to KL. This property is highly recommended and I shall be staying in the hotel again for my next visit. Considered a luxurious hotel, having quite a good stay for my 10 days’ holiday in KL. Parking was not free of charge for guest, spend quite a lot of money for parking as I go in and out from hotel several times in a day. When I reached this hotel, I checked into a room which was faulty and I was so shocked with the room condition.

Great location, but beware if you self-drive
A hip hotel that is well-furnished, modern & smells good. The suite is probably their largest room, so size-wise it was comfortable, though the sofa was really near the huge screen TV. The room opposite ours looked really cramped though (there was a king-sized bed that was right in front of the doorway), which explains why we could hear their conversations whenever we enter/ exit our room. Beds are very comfy; amenities including WOLO take-home toiletries kits were provided; shower & WC are separate. My main gripe is the parking fees horror.
Problem with my booking
Let start with the positive first: – Location is excellent, close to station, light rail (but we didn’t use it). As soon as you step out of the hotel, the red light is like you are in Shibuya in Tokyo, Japan. Close to large expensive shopping centre & Isetan with food court. 10 mins walking (because too crowded you can’t walk faster) to food street which is lively at night with food, fruits.

Twin single use
I stayed for four nights with friends. I requested a single room and reserved a standard twin room two months before my trip, but when I checked right before traveling, I realized I had accidentally booked a “room without a window. ” I thought I had messed up, but I was lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade at check-in, giving me a spacious room on the 8th floor with a window overlooking the courtyard pool. The room was large, and especially in the bathroom, there was a dressing table with a three-sided mirror in addition to a large mirror over the sink, along with a magnifying mirror attached, which was especially nice for women. Unusually for abroad, the bathtub was of the deep type, so I added the bath salts I brought and was able to relax by soaking up to my shoulders every morning and evening.
Disappointing Stay That Fell Below Expectations
Our recent stay at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur left much to be desired. For a property that carries the JW Marriott brand, the experience did not meet the standard we expected. 1. Poor Check-In Experience Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00pm. While we were allowed into one room slightly earlier at 2:30pm, the remaining rooms were not ready on time. We were told the keys would be sent up once the rooms were available, so all 8 of us waited in the single room.

BEST LOCATION in Bt Bintang
BEST LOCATION in Bt Bintang! (Based on proximity to Pavilion Mall) If you want the nearest to Pavilion Mall Bt Bintang, look no further! The name says it all! Pavilion Hotel is connected to Pavilion mall, just need to enter/exit out of the hotel via levels 1/2/3 and voila you’re already in Pavilion mall. No worries on family’s safety (I can let my wife and children roam about to the mall themselves while I stay in the room to rest, no need to worry about road crossings etc) Room was huge, clean, carpeted and has no funky smells. the bathroom was excellent!!! Really great layout, have both bathtub (great for kiddos) and a proper standing shower area (hand shower and rain shower), bidet handspray that has a good pressure of water coming out and best of all, a private WC area that has a door which you can close.
A Five-Star Experience with Thoughtful Service and Club Lounge Comfort
We had a truly memorable stay at Pavilion Hotel managed by Banyan Tree, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, directly connected to Pavilion Mall and within walking distance of many of KL’s top attractions, shopping spots, and dining options. We stayed in the Urban Studio King room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean.

Exceptional
I had a very good time staying here The location is perfect and it near everything I want to explore in the center just by walking such as Pavilion, the TRX, KLCC, the Twin Towers, etc. and in front of the hotel is a mall with very good food court and variety choice around for F&B, cosmetics or fashion The staffs are very friendly and their policy is friendly to children so they’ll ask to take out your shoes and use their indoor slippers. But whenever I go back or out, they’d take my shoes out for me fast so this is not a problem at all. About the facilities, in my opinion, they’re very clean from the front desk to my room. However, there were some small inconvenience for me since they don’t have fridge and kettle in the room for me.
Value for Money!
(+) Location – excellent! If you want to shop & dine, then this hotel is the best value for money. It is walking distance to a few malls. Clean – I like the fact that it is sanitized. Staff – Awani was outstanding! She is friendly, accommodating & helpful. Talk about above & beyond consumer service.
