Great Value & Location
The location is very strategic which I really like it. It is not really inside Jalan Bukit Bintang. It is just right the entrance where I find it very good for transportation services. Whether you will be driving yourself or taking a Grab/Taxi. You can avoid massive traffic jam.

The hotel is superbly located within the heart of the centre of kl. Mostly you can walk to the shopping centres and restaurant strips. If you need a taxi, there are plenty around. I wouldn’t choose a taxi outside the hotel as they def put the prices up for your convenience. If you walk 5 mins up the street you will get one for half the price.

At the monorail’s Inbi Station entrance, you can go directly to Times Square from the station. It is also easy to get to the nearby Lalaport. Regarding the hot water, which is often mentioned in reviews, there is a hot water switch near the bathroom entrance light switch. If you press it and wait for 15 minutes, very hot water will come out, so I had no issues. Not all rooms have it, but there are universal sockets in the room.
Awkward having to lock Alcohol in the safe
I’m retired and travel 6 months of the year. Even during covid I managed to travel within Qld-Australia. This is my 9th time staying at this hotel and I’ve had mixed experiences but the staff and pool keep me coming back. Bobby at reception gave me a wonderful surprise when I checked in this time and gave me an upgraded room. Thanks Bobby, your a champ.

I visit Kuala Lumpur every two months for leisure, and I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels in the Bukit Bintang area. However, this is the first time I felt compelled to write a review — all because Grand Millennium KL gave me an unexpectedly amazing experience. To be honest, I didn’t expect much initially, knowing that the hotel has been around for quite some time. Often, even refurbished older hotels still feel outdated. But I was pleasantly surprised during my recent stay! I checked in on June 28, 2025, and booked a Club Room.
Good location, pleasant stay
First time staying in this property when traveling to KL. This property is highly recommended and I shall be staying in the hotel again for my next visit. Considered a luxurious hotel, having quite a good stay for my 10 days’ holiday in KL. Parking was not free of charge for guest, spend quite a lot of money for parking as I go in and out from hotel several times in a day. When I reached this hotel, I checked into a room which was faulty and I was so shocked with the room condition.

Business traveler one day and night only tight itinerary time line and schedule this visit to Kuala Lumpur. Fantastic customer focus from guest services team at Park Royal resulting in a positive customer experience further enhancing the company corporate brand and reputation in my opinion. That of which encompasses rating’s such as the Five star standard are of importance. One example in particular was a identifiable technical issue where a complaint was made about the free WIFI service that was not operating efficiently effectively requiring attention is the provision Technical support. Local IT support needs to investigate this issue as it adversely impacts guests customer experience.
