Love the hotel
Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur is a well-located and value-for-money option in the heart of the city. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: Location The hotel is situated conveniently near major attractions like the Petronas Twin Towers and Bukit Bintang. It’s also close to public transport options, including the monorail, making it an excellent choice for both tourists and business travelers. Rooms The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. While not overly luxurious, they provide all the essentials for a pleasant stay, including a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and modern amenities like free Wi-Fi.

Checked in from 12-14 aug 24. Checked in process was smooth. Initially booked deluxe room as we had 2 toddler and infant. Requested for cot bed however, after booking was being inform that current room booked unable to fit in cot bed and needed to upgrade if wish for cot bed. Upon checking in was advice to upgrade…to family deluxe room as able to accommodate baby cot. Hotel was good enough to gave me free upgrade for my helper room to be on same level 13 as us with good KLCC view.

Overall Decent Stay with rooms for improvement
• Room • The room is a comfortable size. Bed is perfect for a couple, with more room to spare. Safe, ironing board, water Boiler and a mini fridge is provided. Though there is no Minibar. The bathroom was very clean, with a built in bidet on the toilet and Laundry Line in the shower.
Good stay
At first when i reached out the hotel met the staff and i got a room key so excited and finally i can get a rest throughout long journey on the flight but when i opened room door i was socked. The room was so mess and never tidy up and there still have a luggage on the floor and cloths hanging around the bathroom and of course on the bed. My words came in mind “WHAT IS THIS” how come i got a such experience during the checked in i was so angry and i told myself how can this happen in this 4 star hotel! So i went down to receptionist and tell the staff about what happen. In the end i got a room changes and the staff was so super helpful. On the same night day when i back from dinner the hotel manager was waiting for me and apologies on what happen to me during the check in and he willingness upgrade me to a better room but i told him is ok the room now is awesome because i’m a solo traveller.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunway Velocity Hotel, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. This hotel is an ideal choice for families, couples, and solo travelers alike, offering a range of amenities that cater to all needs. Location and Convenience: One of the standout features of Sunway Velocity Hotel is its prime location. Situated within the Sunway Velocity Mall complex, guests have easy access to a vast array of shopping options. Whether you’re looking for high-end brands or local boutiques, the mall has it all.
Excellent hotel with high standards
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times, with each stay lasting up 4 to 6 days in a row. Excellent location – just right next to the mall , and in a much less crowded area in KL. Superb customer service from everyone in the hotel (everyone at the front counter , Chris at the reservation department and the super friendly manager at the breakfast restaurant every morning). Every staff member is so well trained, friendly and super efficient to get things done ! And the infinity pool is absolutely so stunning – I truly truly enjoyed the pool views there each time I stayed there. Perhaps a small downside is the gym room – it is still a little stuffy inside and the air circulation isn’t very good when you are working out there – despite them fixing the two airconds to make it cooler in the room.

Slow wifi connection
I recently stayed at Furama Bukit Bintang, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. While the hotel has some great features, there were also areas that need significant improvement. The biggest frustration during my stay was the Wi-Fi. The internet was extremely slow and unreliable, which made it very difficult to work or stay connected. To make matters worse, the area also has poor mobile internet connectivity, so I couldn’t even rely on my own data as a backup.
Solo female travel
I stayed for two nights at the end of February 2025. I chose this hotel because there were many reviews from Japanese guests, and since there is a Lalaport right in front, I felt reassured that I could eat Japanese food in case I got sick and lost my appetite. One of the deciding factors was the mineral water dispenser in the hallway, as being able to get drinking water anytime is important. The staff were all very nice and responsive. I arrived later than the 2 PM check-in, at 3:30 PM, but my room was still not ready. They asked me to wait for 30 minutes.

The hotel was everything good for me. I came here for my one night visit with my husband and two little kids (age 4 and 6 yrs old). The check in was so smooth and the front desk was so helpful. We can get into our room within 5 mins. The parking also easy and safe.

I think it’s good!
I think it’s good to consider the location and price. There might be many opinions that KLIA2 is far away, but since many people have shared tips online about how to get there, and I knew in advance that it was distant, I was able to go there without hesitation, and I didn’t think it was as far as it was said to be. Similar to other typical buildings in Malaysia, there are escalators and elevators in somewhat unclear locations, and walking long corridors is quite common, so I think it’s normal. The room size felt a size larger than at the ○○ Inn. I can easily open a larger suitcase.
Supposed “Best Transit Hotel in Asia” Comes Up Short
Despite an outstanding front desk staff who deserve nothing but praise, this is NOT the “Best Transit Hotel in Asia” as proclaimed. It must have been a copy of Cassius Clay screaming “I am The Greatest!” as a young man. Advertised van service to KLIA’s Main Terminal was not offered. The vehicle only served a sister property on the airport grounds. The room itself was nice and the bed was very comfortable but a Tune Hotel is a Tune Hotel whether at KLIA or anywhere else one would care to mention where they have these properties.

Unsure about some staff integrity
We stayed for 2 nights 3 days. On day 1, we drop off our 1 luggage at conceige at around 11am and register for our room first because check in is at 3:00 p. m. My wife went to meet a friend after that while I went for my work meeting. Come back and check in around 3+pm.
