I was able to relax a lot!
I use this every year from Kyoto. At first, I thought that since it’s a famous hotel close to the station like Nikko, the service would be quite good, so I decided to give it a try. However, the staff’s response, the facilities, the amenities, and all the services were outstanding, and once I experienced it, I couldn’t stay anywhere else. Last time I stayed in a superior twin, and this time I used a regular twin, but both were exceptionally clean, making for a really pleasant stay. The rooms also had an open feel and the interiors were luxurious, truly worthy of a four-star hotel.
Nice, classic hotel
About 8 minutes leisure walk from Hakata station, and located along the main road. Very classic design of a hotel. I considered the room we got to be much larger than your average NEST or APA hotels, as we could easily open 2 check-in luggage’s fully with lots of floor space to space. They amenities in the toilet included the usual tooth brush/paste, comb, razor, cotton tip and pad and hair tie, but also two packets of bath salt thingies in different scents, which is nice to use after walking a lot in the city. Hotel stationery also included to adorable postcards! I liked the design so much I asked if I could purchase a pack, and they said it was actually FOC and gave me 2 more.

Outstanding Stay at the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka
My recent stay at the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the excellent service and the incredibly convenient location. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel provides easy access to shopping, dining, and cultural attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Fukuoka. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the club level access. I stayed on the 6th floor, and although I initially thought it might be a low floor, it turned out to be very convenient.
A special 3 nights and 4 days at the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka with my child.
I recently spent 3 nights and 4 days at the Fukuoka Grand Hyatt. It was my first overseas trip with my one-year-old baby, so I had many worries, but thanks to the hotel’s attentive service, I was able to have a comfortable and enjoyable time throughout the trip. Attentive customer service, a series of touching moments What impressed me the most was the service of warming up baby food. When I requested it by phone, a staff member came directly to the room, took the baby food, warmed it to just the right temperature, and brought it back. Thanks to this consideration, I could receive warm baby food at each mealtime, making it much easier for my baby to eat well.

The best and most satisfying hotel during my trip.
I stayed for 2 nights in the Tenjin area and then made a reservation for 1 night to sleep by the Nakasu River. As expected for a 5-star hotel, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean and spacious, which was great. As soon as I entered the lobby, they helped with my luggage and moved it to a cart. They brought my luggage to the room. The staff who checked me in were very kind, and I was assigned to the 10th floor.
Second visit
I visited Hotel Okura again this year, following last year’s visit. Like last year, the Okura Hotel was a great place with high satisfaction for my family. The staff was friendly and our stay for 3 nights and 4 days was comfortable and satisfying. There is the Riverain Mall right next door and the Nakas Riverbank, along with a 24-hour Don Quijote and the 24-hour Ichiran Ramen main branch located less than a 5-minute walk away. It was really nice to step out for shopping or to get some fresh air briefly while the child was sleeping.

The family of four had a great trip.
I didn’t rent a car, so I used the shuttle to get to the accommodation. The shuttle boarding area is about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station while pulling your luggage, and there’s a Seven Eleven across from the boarding area (heart bus station), so I recommend arriving 20-30 minutes early to buy some snacks here. (Also, as the shuttle is first-come, first-served, if you arrive late, you might have to wait for the next one; we waited after arriving 20 minutes early. ) It took about 30 minutes to arrive without traffic, and after checking in, I immediately used the pool. (Although it stated check-in was at 4 PM, luckily we were able to check in at 3:30 PM.
Very good
I reside within the prefecture, but this time I stayed for the first time in order to focus on participating in the online seminar from 10 AM to 7 PM. I booked four nights and returned on the night of the last day, so it was essentially a longer stay of three nights and four days, but I’m glad I chose to stay here. Here are my impressions. – The breakfast buffet was abundant and enjoyable, even for a single person. Among the items, the tortilla soup filled with vegetables and chicken, chicken rice, onigiri from the restaurant on the first floor, chia seed pudding, and the original smoothie were particularly delicious, and I had them every day.
