Cool Hotel
Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean, perfect temperature especially during winter. Toilets had adequate amenities. Loved the warm towels. Showers had good pressure.
Enjoyed Our Stay Tremendously With A Few Caveats
1K Hotel was a great hotel in Paris, especially with all the amenities and modern decor. My only caveats with this hotel would be 1) the service from the attached restaurant 2) the maid service and 3) the television. When we went to the restaurant to ask what the vegan/vegetarian options were (as we booked this hotel specifically because there were noted options) the hostess was downright rude. I don’t think she understood what we were asking, but rather than try to help or understand, she simply said “no” and walked away. We were shocked.

It should be noted that the prices of hotels in this area are relatively high, but in terms of location, there’s no need to elaborate further on the hotels in this vicinity. If the purpose is sightseeing or shopping, it is in an optimal location. Considering transportation costs, travel time, and travel schedule, one could argue that despite the somewhat high hotel prices, it provides sufficient value for money and competitiveness. While it is somewhat lacking in scale to be considered a five-star hotel, given that it is a boutique hotel, there are no significant complaints when all other factors are considered. The most satisfying aspects of this hotel are the comfort and cleanliness of the bedding and the friendliness of the staff.
Cute boutique hotel, good location, but overpriced
Location was good Overall staff was kind and friendly. One manager at the front desk was rude and dismissive when the cleaning staff entered our room without our request. Mistakes happen, we understand that, but when we tried to find a solution because we were late for an appointment and couldn’t get into our room to shower and dress, this manager dismissed us and wanted us to go wait at the door of our room until the room was done being cleaned. When we refused and told him the room was not near ready, he became a bit argumentative and dismissive, assuring us it was complete. We asked him to go with us to see for himself the room was not complete and cleaning staff were still there.

Gavarni is your Safe Haven
I am a solo female traveler, and I found this place homey! Homey because I am surrounded by Filipinos who are very accommodating and responsive to my requests. Location: The hotel is strategically located near train stations and bus stops. It is a few minutes away from Trocadero, so you get a view of the Eiffel Tower daily. Even so, you won’t get the perfect view of the tower from your hotel window. You really have to walk.
A place where you can feel the romance of Paris.
Among the accommodations I have visited in my life, this one was the friendliest and most warm-hearted. The place was very clean and beautiful, just a 5-minute walk from the station. And if you walk just 30 more seconds from there, you’ll come to a bridge with a view of the Eiffel Tower! Personally, I think it’s even prettier than right in front of the Eiffel Tower. So, coming and going in the morning and evening, I could see the Eiffel Tower, and if I bought bread from the bakery in front and ate it while looking at the Eiffel Tower, it was the epitome of romance. Moreover, since the 16th arrondissement is a wealthy neighborhood, the security is really good, so I felt completely safe even coming back late at night.

Great location with very bad service
This hotel is one which really disappointed me in the recent time. Despite beautiful building and superb location, the staff made an experience quite poor. Firstly, due to their new system, during check-in, I was asked to type in manually by myself (!) all my passport details to their system. Afterwards, for two days in the five star hotel they could not provide us any single umbrella!! They literally let their guests go under the rain without umbrella! First time in my life when I don’t see umbrella in the wardrobe in the room in a 5 star hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends or will advise to go there for a maximum one night just to sleep after enjoying all day stroll in Paris.
Luxury with Andy amazing location
To find a nice hotel in Paris with no sky rocket prices, space, luxury and comfort is very hard until we stayed here! The price is pretty good for a total luxury hotel. The room is very good in size with a very elegant decoration. The bed is amazing as well. The staff including the concierge and bell boy is very friendly and professional. As a favor they kept our bigger suitcases for 2 days so we could make a road trip in a small car with no hesitation.
