It was a pleasant stay but the price but the experience we had did not justify the price .
Staying at the Casino and locality was good , the bed was comfortable , the staff were friendly. The extra 10% surcharge on top of already high prices at the bar was disappointing and questionable. Paying for valet parking on top of paying for accomodation was also disappointing – $65 was too much. Breakfast service was haphazard. The food was tasty but it arrived in bits so that my companion was eating at different intervals to me , The coffee when it came was cold.
New, highend hotel in a fabulous location
We had the river suite, spacious rooms, great head on view of the newly built bridge. All the mini bar items were complimentary. The downside is the inexperience of the staffs employed. Most of the receptions are young and inexperienced. I was charged for the hotel room despite paying everything to agoda already.

Every thin, room, bar staff pool facilities and reception staff and all staff were understanding and gracious despit it being a difficult few days with an upset child and a sick mother and child. % star service, u have clearly hired the best of the best, maybe consider more bonuses or a wage increase, thank you for your exceptional care, and great teamwork guys. I will definitely be back i still want that ride in ur sports car someplace. One regret i didnt plan out my day well enough to include this feature, highlight on offer. Special thx to Bobby from reception and the other lady the even occupied my 4yo Summer girl to even make the transfers run smoothly.
The best choice for a honeymoon.
*Location Very close to Brisbane South Bank, and right in front of the subway station exit, the location is excellent. It’s less than a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, making public transport very convenient! There are also quite a few restaurants nearby, which is nice. *Facilities The swimming pool wasn’t used by many people, so it was great for relaxing! The dry sauna is also very good, but the shower facilities and cold plunge next to it were a bit dirty.

We have just checked into W hotel North Quay Brisbane for a 2 night getaway for our one year anniversary. The reception was stunning, the view was breathtaking and the room was beautiful, and the experience didn’t end there. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly and professional staff in a boutique, refreshingly youthful space. Our first go to was a bath too freshen up, the view (there are curtains if needed) over looking the brisbane river was breathtaking too say the least! The bathroom fitted out with his and his showers, and his and his sinks were a godsend so we could have our own space doing our makeup for our events the two nights we were here. Whilst this getaway was quite busy for us both it was lovely too have a safe, warm and inviting space too return home too in between events.

The W Brisbane is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Australia. On arrival someone was already there to greet us before carrying our luggage for delivery to our room. All staff encountered were friendly and courteous, but not forced/fake-like. The check-in process was speedy and easy. The room was absolutely stunning, the bed was very comfortable, and I was impressed with the offer of both a soft and firmer pillow to pick from.
