Good location, right beside the world famous Don Julio steakhouse, really great friendly helpful staff, simple but good breakfast. We thought the bedroom wasn’t as nice as we expected, really basic actually, comfortable bed but the bedroom itself just doesn’t give that comfortable feeling. We were glad they gave us a back room away from the street noise but the balcony and view was an ugly lot and then a just an ugly wall, again, the hotel can’t control what the view is outside your room but this is just information on the rooms in the rear for people that want it. I do believe they should update the rooms and make them a little more current.
Great location and nice breakfast
The hotel is very well located, close to many restaurants and bars – and the restaurant at the hotel is amazing as well, definitely worth the visit. The room is spacious and they offered a courtesy bottle of water. The breakfast is simple but delicious, they offer a good selection of fresh fruits and breads, plus eggs prepared as you wish. The rooms are a bit old, and could use some updating. My bed was a bit crooked and the mattress was already “sinking down”, so a full night lighting there was not super comfortable.

best location you can get (it’s just somehow in an Uber Bermuda triangle. in all the Uber rides I had only about 20% of the rides got the dropped/pickup right. ) hotel offers money exchange nice pool alll of what’s here is just minor things: everything is Whatsapp or qr-code (when you’re ready for breakfast you send your room number to a whatsapp and within 5 min your breakfast is brought to your room) because of a missing breakfast room, the breakfast is pre-chosen for you. you can change a bit but it’s pretty much set. the light switches don’t follow a pattern.

Hotel was near great restaurants – pizza and vegetarian (flor del dia) ice cream places , parks and zoo and laundry place. I liked the view and the room was small but ok. There was a terrace but it is winter now- pool was small but nice and sauna worked well. The breakfast buffet was average at best- Coffee was Terrible ¡¡¡ Fortunately you could pay for a better coffee but it was expensive , maybe 4 dollars ¡ We had a good stay at this hotel and the price was pretty good, disregarding the coffee which was really miserable¡ Also the walls were a tad thin and we had loud neighbors. Oh and the food at the restaurant in the hotel was very good- shame about the coffee.

Excellent stay with wonderful service
I booked Mine Hotel based on the reviews and I am so happy with the choice. Mine is a homey place that is in an excellent and convenient location. My friend and I walked every single day, and the dining options nearby are extensive and good, from everyday fare to fine dining. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was a wonderful way to start each day. The room was comfortable in a home-like way, and everything was nice and clean.

My friends and I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. Upon arrival, the excellent service which extended throughout the entire stay was on offer. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable (their beds are the kind where you’ll wake up wanting to spend more time in) with nice boutique hotel decor. Location is fantastic (in the Palermo area) where restaurants / bars and shops are within walking distance. The highlight of our stay is definitely the exceptional staff at front desk who double up like your personal concierge (giving recommendations on things to do, booking tours, making dinner reservations, etc.

Clean, modern, great service, excellent location, on the expensive side & pretty noisy.
The staff at reception are the best part about this place, so professional kind and accommodating. Very generous buffet breakfast, the hotel is very well located and has a cosy but modern feel. The rooms were great sized and very clean. I do feel it is a little pricey compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in in the city, given the hotel does not have many facilities. I don’t feel the property necessarily matched the price but this is a minor complaint.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Accommodated early check and late check out, which was greatly appreciated. Staff always willing to help out with booking reservations at restaurants. Wifi in our room didn’t work (spotty). Worked seamlessly in common areas/hallways- so this may be our room specific issue, unfortunately was not able to fixed during our stay.
