Amazing hotel…..
Where to begin? I stayed here for my 50th birthday with three friends. On arrival at check-in was greeted with a glass of cava. I booked 2 rooms and both were upgraded. Wow, a lovely room. Comfy beds, lovely linen, big fluffy towels, slippers, dressing gown.
Excellent
The hotel is very clean and in a great area close to many attractions. The Gòtic area is very nice close to many restaurants and all kinds of stores. The hotel restaurant is very expensive and small. We didn’t eat at the restaurant or included the breakfast which was 29 euros per person instead we ate at little restaurant around the corner for 7 Euros per person about $14 dollars total.

Unfortunately not recommended due to windows not being soundproofed which means that you won’t sleep at night, no matter how nice the room is!
– Our room looked nothing like the pictures (in a good way). We were staying on Floor 1 which looks like it has been very recently refurbished (we visited in February 2025). Therefore, our room was an unexpected surprise. Spacious, with a sofa, and a table, super comfortable bed and pillow selection menu. Retro looking well designed bathroom.
Good hotel
Arrived at hotel early, was offered coffee whilst checking in, although the room was not ready until 3pm. Staff said we could use the pool upstairs whilst we wait, and store our luggage too which was great. Room was large for BCN with a fridge and kettle which is essential for me. Bathroom shower was slow but water hot, no rubber mat even though we asked in out booking it was not provided and rather slippy getting in and out. We requested a quiet room, it was facing the internal courtyard/apartment’s as such, but next to the lift which woke us early with people chatting waiting for the lifts.

Excellence across the board!
My husband and I stayed at this hotel when we first arrived to Barcelona for one day prior to a cruise. The staff was incredibly helpful, allowing us to drop our bags when we arrived prior to check-in so that we could explore the city. They took our bags to our room once it was ready, without us having to ask, and so the bags were waiting for us in our room, once we returned. The room was perfect, clean, and I enjoyed the different lighting settings, soak tub, and soft bedding. We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa.

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in Europe. The roofdeck…. OMG. Breathtaking views all around, it’s crazy!!!!! Can’t believe also that there’s an indoor hot pool available for guests daily, at no additional charge. It’s not just a hot pool, but with water jets that give massages.

I stayed for a total of 5 days, divided into 2 and 3 days. There were good points and some disappointing points. I will write honestly. Pros 1. The location has good accessibility to tourist attractions. No matter where you go in Barcelona, it’s generally not very far.

I can’t express how the staff are AMAZING!! Special thanks for acknowledging my requests even before my stay starts. And on the day of arrival they were very supportive and helpful. The whole front desk staff, and specially Rafael and Aynas (please forgive my spelling of the names🙏🏻) The location is the best. It’s located on one of the main roads of the new Barcelona (not the old part but in the Eixample). Couple of blocks and you’ll be on the main shopping streets and the Rambla.

The breakfast is the best!
I stayed alone for three nights. The airport bus stop is right in front, making the location very convenient. The room is spacious and stylish. And above all, the breakfast is very delicious. There are plenty of options, and while there were some repeat menu items, many of the dishes changed daily, so I looked forward to breakfast every morning.
I highly recommend it for a honeymoon!!!!
From the kind guard who welcomed us at the entrance to everyone who helped us with our luggage and those at the desk, everyone was incredibly, incredibly, incredibly kind. The welcome drink was also top-notch, and during the last three days of our week-long trip in Spain, we stayed in a place in Barcelona that had such a stunning view that I still think about it even after returning to Korea. The accessibility was excellent too. On the last day, I went down to the counter to borrow matches for a teddy bear candle I brought from home since I had none, and due to a lack of communication, they thought we needed the candlelight and even offered to check at the restaurant for us. Their kindness made our days in Barcelona truly happy.
