Ci è piaciuto!
L’hotel è tenuto molto bene, ha delle stanze separate per persone con incapacità di movimento, una piccola piscina e la pulizia è ottima. Si trova a circa 35 minuti camminando dal centro di Firenze, ma potete scegliere il servizio movie bike di biciclette elettriche e in 10 minuti siete comodamente li, senza annoiarsi a trovare un parcheggio. Appena fuori l’hotel c’e un Jazz bar davvero carino, con un”ottima atmosfera musicale per una colazione rilassante. L’unica cosa negativa è il parcheggio dell”hotel che sarebbe comodissimo se non costasse 25 euro al giorno! Si puo comunque parcheggiare sulle strisce blu pagando 1 euro l”ora e usando la app. Sabato pomeriggio e domenica intera il parcheggio su strisce blu è gratuito.
Great stay with good memories!
Our travelling was by car, to reach the hotel was easy, but it is a little outside the city! A bus stop was around the corner , so that we could leave our car in the garage. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room a bit small for the amount of people. Our room was ok. The matress on the bed super good, nice and firm, just the way we like it! The staff at the front desk always nice and helpfull, a special thanks to the guys in the breakfast room, Michel and Akif did a great job. The price for parking is in my opion a bit high, 18€ for a day.

It was quite good.
A luxurious hotel located in the center of Florence, along the street. The front desk and lounge, as well as the rooftop bar, are all quite nice. We opted for a suite, which was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The high ceiling is adorned with a chandelier, and in addition to the bed, there are two large sofas, allowing even larger individuals to sleep soundly. There are also two stylish armchairs and a table with a coffee pot and complementary chocolates.

The hotel is centrally located to all major attractions in Florence. The hotel has old world charm while offering modern ammenties. The front desk staff are very professional and helpful. They understand their customers (vacation) needs and cater to offering the best experience possible. The breakfast was fantastic.

Wonderful night in central Florence location
The location, room size and staff were wonderful. We stayed one night but from check in to check out we had excellent service. When we arrived my son wasn’t feeling well and Angela was very helpful to attend to our needs. She even helped my husband figure out what grocery and pharmacy to go to to get snacks and medicines. At check out Nigel was very friendly and helpful as well, calling a taxi for us to get to the train station.

The location was good, 5 minutes maximum to get to the Piazza del Duomo. The room was quiet, but we stayed on the last floor of the hotel, so maybe that is why there was no other room on the same floor. We stayed on the last floor of the hotel and had to walk a bit around the hotel to reach our room + there were some very narrow steps leading to our room. The room was like an attic, it might be the only room of this kind in the hotel (can’t even find it in the example photos of the Superior room). Since it was a superior double room, I expected it to be different and not to look like an annex to the hotel.

Inconsistent Cleaning Standard and Racist Waitress
1) Inconsistent cleaning standard of the hotel room ~ The cleaning standard of the hotel room is not consistent. Some days I found the room was cleansed properly but other days it was not: for instance, there was a day I left a water puddle on the desk near the water boiler before leaving the hotel room but found the water puddle on the same spot when I returned at night. Furthermore, the housekeeper(s) didn’t refill the amenities such as the shower caps, stirring sticks etc when running out. These mentioned items remained missing for days until I put a reminding note on the desk. It’s obviois that the room was not taken care by the same housekeeper(s) but I think the hotel should have standard requirements or procedures for all housekeepers to follow so as to maintain the cleaning standard.
A clean place with strict parking security!
This is a hotel I stayed in for one night in Florence. It’s not very close to the tourist sites, but the hotel is very clean and comfortable. You can also make a reservation for the spa. I checked in around 4 PM after moving from Venice, and although the spa is until 8 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us. I had a problem while renting a car in Italy and received a fine receipt, but it was only in Italian, so I asked the staff during check-in, and they sincerely helped me.

**Wonderful Stay at Adler Cavalieri Hotel**
We had a delightful stay at the Adler Cavalieri Hotel, thanks to its excellent service and prime location. Silvia at the reception gave us a warm welcome, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. She was attentive, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The breakfast experience was another highlight. Viola and the breakfast staff were exceptional, ensuring everything was fresh and well-prepared.

There are almost no reviews from Koreans, so I’m leaving this review. It really is great for the price. The location is close to Florence Station, and the breakfast is truly excellent – there’s everything from cheese, salami, prosciutto, and more. They have drip coffee, but they’ll also provide espresso or cappuccino if you ask. Fresh mozzarella and strawberries were also served around!!! When we were there, everyone was a foreigner, and we saw one Korean couple – I wonder why there are so few Koreans here when the price is cheap, it’s clean, facilities are good, breakfast is top-notch, and the service is excellent! The best hotel with a reasonable price.
