Disappointed and upset
I would not recommend this hotel if you are a single person. I only stayed 2 nights fr and sat. got woken up Sunday morning with a women entering my room apparently she had left her phone behind in room 650 but I’m in room 401. She proceeded to look over my things ,picked up my phone , went into the bathroom. I then told her she had wrong room but she said the reception gave her this key. When I went to see the reception they apologised looked at the footage ,saw the woman (pink jumper and black shirt, no shoes) and said they would look into it and would contact me on Monday.
Solo Traveller
As a solo traveler, i was looking forward to a relaxing weekend where i could pamper myself. The hotel itself was value for money but the only two times i was disappointed was, 1. The room service: kitchen closed at 9 probably and as someone who just arrived at the hotel, i was looming foreard to taking a bath and order in some good food, put up my feet and relax. Unfortunately that didn’t happen and i had to order in some takeaways to be delivered. Which took 1 hr to arrive. 2. 5star hotel spa: one of the best experiences in a good place like that is its in house pamparing.

Design hotel should be
I loved the brand design all along with architecture and hospitality As for architecture It was quite surprising to see the hotel in real since it was bigger than I expected. I loved the neighborhood and green element on the street and at the building I enjoyed the consistent shape of the arch of architecture. As for hospitality I enjoyed the vibe and ambiance of hellenika during my stay. I had dinner and breakfast, and all the staff here seems welcoming and chilled which I liked. Maybe the restaurant table next to the pool is a little tight for staff and guests to move around.
Good boutique hotel away from the city
Stayed for a couples short weekend. Loved the building decor and little touches especially the electric blinds. The lobby bar was lovely and breakfast selection although limited was good. Received good personal services at the pool bar too but it was a bit busy not with hotel guests but with the people dining at the onsite restaurant. Would have enjoyed the pool better without the crowd.
