Very good
Location was great for getting around all areas of Brisbane. Close to the CBD and the River Ferry. Easy car parking. Staff acknowledged our 40th wedding anniversary which was a nice touch with some macaroons. Perhaps a voucher for drink at the bar would have been even more special.
The Treasury is as a pleasant place to stay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
The Treasury is an enchanting building for sure, and has a ‘Hotel California’ ( eagles song ) vibe, which I quite enjoyed. It was charming and classy, restaurant served great food and atmosphere. Late check out was great!! The staff in the restaurant we’re impeccable many thanks to them!! The check in staff were also very polite and professional!! We ordered room service at various hours and I found the food somewhat subpar and inedible. The menu prices were too much for the quality of food, however they were very quick to deliver. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the room had dust bunnies and the floors weren’t clean in the bathroom.

Guest Reviews
It was a pleasant stay but the price but the experience we had did not justify the price .
Staying at the Casino and locality was good , the bed was comfortable , the staff were friendly. The extra 10% surcharge on top of already high prices at the bar was disappointing and questionable. Paying for valet parking on top of paying for accomodation was also disappointing – $65 was too much. Breakfast service was haphazard. The food was tasty but it arrived in bits so that my companion was eating at different intervals to me , The coffee when it came was cold.
New, highend hotel in a fabulous location
We had the river suite, spacious rooms, great head on view of the newly built bridge. All the mini bar items were complimentary. The downside is the inexperience of the staffs employed. Most of the receptions are young and inexperienced. I was charged for the hotel room despite paying everything to agoda already.

Lovely staff, location
All staff were absolutely lovely! We were especially impressed with three instances: 1) We have a tradition of bringing a little otter plushie on our travels, and he usually sits on the nightstand (out of the way for making the bed). After a tiring long day out, we got back to our room to find the bed perfectly made up, with the otter sitting and chilling on the pillows! Just this tiny playful touch from the housekeeping team brought us so much joy and we completely forgot how tired we were in the moment, we couldn’t stop laughing! 2) Our sink was draining pretty slowly from the start, and on our second night it drained even slower. I was impressed that the reception immediately attempted to find us a new room. We were told none were available and maintenance went home for the day (which was understandable) but to our surprise it seems like an on-call maintenance person was then called to attend to us! He was super polite and professional, asking if anything else needed fixing. The next morning, another maintenance staff came in to check on us.
Poor Restaurant Service to a Nice Hotel Stay
The accessible room was spacious and met my requirements. The staff allowed my wife a late check out while I was at work which was terrific. Good location in the CBD. The restaurant on the first night struggled badly. There were not many people dining.
