Executive Suite Review
We have booked Executive Suite for our family trip in May 25. Room was exceptional. No issues whatsoever, there’s club downstairs but it didn’t affected us as we were on 2nd floor. You get free water bottles each day. Staff is cooperative, you can keep the luggage with the hotel until you check in or if you want to go out. Room had king size bed and extra bed was given free of cost.
The breakfast is delicious.
Overall, I am satisfied. Public transportation is very convenient. Check-in and check-out at the hotel are not quick, so those heading to the airport should hurry with check-out. It seems there are no face towels. Even for two guests, only one towel is provided, but you can request more.

You truly get the authentic Arab vibe here, with traditional markets, embassies nearby, and the Abra ride right next to the property that takes you across the creek. What really sets this hotel apart is its exceptional hospitality. Most hotels hesitate after giving the standard two water bottles — but here, you just ask and they’re more than happy to give you more, sometimes even 4 bottles at a time! You feel truly taken care of.

Great service and location
The staff here are very service oriented genuinely interested in people. From front line served by Lucky, Alex, Imran, Denver and Sandar, Jonathan to housekeeping by Raj Priraya, and breakfast servuce by Sujan and Surav, they are ever so polite, friendly and professional. The location between two metro lines ( green and red line – the red one gets u from and to airport) is a bonus as it means you can get to many places by metro or by tge halal raxinon careem app. Many reasonably priced MiddleEastern、Indian restaurants lined both sides of the hotel and across the road. Two big malls are close by Central Mall with goid dwals at the hypermarket in basement and great prata at the Bhavaran restaurant on ground level and Burjuman mall (a bigger modern mall) just in front of Burjuman metro station has Carrfour Supermarket well stocked with everything.
Good location; Average cleanliness and facilities
Location of the hotel is awesome. Close to metro stations and Indian eateries like HSB and MTR. Cleanliness is an issue. We had cleaned our shoes after desert safari on our first day but the sand was never even cleaned till we left the room. Beds and bedspread was sandy too.

A comfortable hotel for my first stay in the Arab world!
It was my first trip to the Middle East and my first solo travel, so I arrived at the hotel a bit nervously, but the staff were very friendly and attentive, making my stay comfortable. There was a Japanese staff member, but unfortunately, I couldn’t meet them at the wrong timing. However, there were Japanese maps and other information available that were very helpful. The other staff seemed to have various international roots, but it was strangely impressive that everyone was really nice. The hotel, though small in scale, has a historical atmosphere.
My Next Choice For Vacation.
It will be my next choice again for Vacation. Everything about the hotel. From hotel to local area everything was nice. Hotel is classic and beautiful. You can take a lot of pictures in the lobby.
