Delightful Experience at Conrad HK
I love the location and the room they have given me based on my needs was perfect. The front office staff was really good in understanding my needs. The room size is comfortable and they even provided a yoga mat for me in the room when I asked for it. I also love their pillow choices. The bear gift for the guest is another unexpected delightful gesture cos I love carrying plushies around in my bag and use it for photography.

I took the train from the airport and easily found the Conrad Hong Kong after exiting the Admiralty Station. This hotel has such an old world elegance, I immediately sensed it’s charm. I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff and informed that my rate included the buffet breakfast, which was ample, varied and delicious. The hotel is connected and atop a very nice mall, all you have to do is ride the elevator down to enjoy window shopping, ice cream and various restaurants. The harbor view from my room was spectacular and lulled me into simply resting, feet up, with a beer and nuts in my room.

Best Staycation in HK
My wife and I have done staycations at several Hong Kong hotels of the same caliber as Four Seasons, and while they all have their charm, Four Seasons really stands out as the best experience. The primary reason for this is the customer service. Whereas many hotels would ask you to accomodate their guidelines, we felt like Four Seasons was just their to accomodate us. Whatever we wished for we would get plus more. Generous early check-in and late check-out was super welcome, and everyone was attentive without being too attentive.

The greatness of this hotel cannot be discussed without mentioning the meticulous hospitality of the staff, alongside the beauty of the hotel’s exterior and interior, which is based on a white theme. The explanation for the use of the room is something commonly provided by major hotel chains, and at this hotel, I received a careful explanation after check-in (by the way, unfortunately, there was no room explanation at the Mandarin Oriental Taipei where I stayed just before…). When returning to the hotel from outside, the staff called the elevator in advance, and when I returned with a large shopping bag, they voluntarily took my luggage at the entrance and delivered it to my room later; this was a level of service I had never experienced at other hotel chains. Additionally, the cleaning staff was consistently cheerful and very pleasant. When I was unwell and they came to clean my room, they showed concern for me during the cleaning, and after finishing, they asked in fluent English if I had any other requests.
Perfect stay for easy access to restaurants, shopping, and fun, right in the center of Soho.
The beds were dreamy, showers were ideal, and the beauty products were really great. The best part after coming home from each day/night in the rain or air conditioning, was the warm toilet. haha The towels were in mint condition. The room temperature was fast to adjust also. Ideal comfort.

Location and the space in rooms which is rare in HK. The staff is lovely and go above and beyond. I always feel at home here and can walk to everything needed in Central. There is not any hand soap provided in the bathroom. This would be a good idea.

They were very polite when they came into the room at lunchtime!
I arrived at the hotel around noon and tried to check in my luggage, but I was told that my room was already ready, so I was allowed to check in right away. When I registered as a member at the front office (for free), I was informed that breakfast would be included the next morning, so I signed up. After that, they guided me to my room and patiently explained each of the facilities inside (they also asked if I needed an explanation). The person in charge, Luisa, was very lovely and her explanations were easy to understand! I also enjoyed the breakfast, it was delicious! The location was convenient, being close to the station, and it took about 30 minutes to the airport by taxi, which was very handy! We were also able to walk to places like Lan Kwai Fong. The room was clean, and all the hotel staff were very polite and welcoming.
A decent stay at MO!
We chose this place for a birthday celebration after hearing good reviews. I emailed two weeks in advance informing the staff of the occasion and they had kindly offered to arrange a small cake and helped us book the Mandarin Grill + Bar for lunch. We were super impressed by the service and food at the Grill + Bar. We enjoyed everything we ordered (the beef wellington was amazing!) and appreciate the staff’s attention to detail. Arriving at the hotel, the reception staff was informative, polite and informative.

Excited yet disappointed
We were excited about the stay initially. But few disappointments came along the way. Firstly we were giving a room at level 40 (room level start at 39). At level 41, you can access to an open space where there is a huge Chinese landscape silk painting held from level 56 to level 41. That’s make the hotel looks more alive but only if you are getting one located at level 41 and above. Furthermore the room is near to the lift area.
Stay at HK after trip to Macau
Honestly this is a very disappointing stay, this hotel does not lives up to its brand. Facilities are so outdated and it is no longer competitive compared to the other hotel. They have 2 types of room, one is newly renovated and the others are kept in original style. Perhaps I stayed at the old room and I got this impression. But… why I have to pay more for renovations ! Part of of my bad experience came from the front desk.
