Bigger is not always better
The hotel is phenomenal however due to its size , I believe that there is still alot to be desired there. Check-in and out needs to be improved. room service needs to be at a higher level for what you pay for. Trying to get someone to pickup the phone for guest services was difficult and finally the break fast restaurant was dismal in its service. Not that the food was bad or the variety was little.

Amazing Hotel but poor staff service in the reception
We have stayed in Radisson Blu Waterfront because we are supposed to have a brunch in fire lake restaurant. The vibe was not welcoming at all, we felt something is weird with the staff, the receptionist who checked us in was keep on telling us that the machine isn’t working,(which I feel that it’s not important for me to know as a guest). We went to the room and decided not to go to fire lake as we do not want to get the same service as we have experienced in the Reception. We went to Kanpai restaurant in Souk al Bahr which was very nice and I can say more expensive than fire lake but it’s worth spending the money because we got a very good service and enjoyed the food. We came back to the room and the next day morning, the HK woke us up at 10am to ask if we are checking out and if the booking was only for one night.
A hotel perfect for a countdown.
It was my first time in Dubai, and since I was with children, I chose this hotel to welcome the countdown while gazing at the Burj Khalifa. – I selected a room with a balcony that has a view of the Burj Khalifa, which made it quite expensive, but it allowed us to enjoy the fireworks at Burj Khalifa without waiting outside for a long time. (While we couldn’t see about the lower third from the front of the Burj Khalifa in terms of views, we were still satisfied. ) – The hotel itself is new; it’s not a luxury hotel, but it falls into the category of high-end hotels. – It has a pool, and although the climate was challenging, the temperature was adjusted, so the children seemed to enjoy swimming.

Nice Canal View and one of the BEST places in Business Bay
– This hotel has such a friendly international staff. All of them were very helpful and professional. BIG thanks to receptionist from Tajikistan for his patience and explanations during the registration process. – From valet parking to reception, housekeeping, and restaurant services, they all were kind people. The staff greeted us always with a smile and made us feel truly valued and welcome in Dubai! – The rooms are spacious with modern design and nice color combination.
Good for short stay
Rooms are very clean and new, the bed is big. All the stuff in the hotel are very friendly and polite. We came around 12pm and the room was ready for early check-in, which is a big advantage👍🏼 Location is ok, short ride to Marina and Burj Khalifa. The only thing that I didn’t like is that there are a lot of constructions going on around hotel. No restaurants nearby, if you want to eat something you need a cab to downtown or somewhere else.

Brilliant Staff but not the complete package
Rather than try and pan this hotel with a scathing review, just because I had a bad experience, I would rather start with the positive. This is a spanking new property, impeccably clean and with the kind of friendly, well trained international staff that many dream of. Unfortunately they are running a petri dish in the midst of a building site. At the far end of business bay and just up Dubai Fountain road, it is well located relationally, but the property itself is, like so many corners of Dubai under development, in a half finished lot, at what feels like fully finished prices Its not that the facilities aren’t good, they just aren’t special enough to merit the rating or the price, even on Agoda discount- it manages the rare and dubious distinction of being at once sterile, but also lacklustre, without the high stylistic polish that comes with the expected over-grooming of a 5* biz hotel Just as an FYI, like many biz hotels and apart hotels in the Emirates, this one doesn’t sell alcohol, but the room service I had was perfectly reasonable, as with most middle of the road food in these kind of places in the region The staff had the chance to prove their brilliance, and the places limitation when my gym kit was lost by the laundry. Every effort was made to relocate it- including unfortunately calling me past midnight in my room when they could not find it.
Amazing Stay
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff really make it what it is. I travelled alone with my 4 year old son, whilst waiting for my husband to join us a few days later. The staff could not have been more accommodating. They were fantastic at looking after both me and my son, having a driver meet me in arrivals at the airport and escorting us to the hotel put me at ease straight away.

Great Hotel Staff
My stay here was extremely delightful. I felt very welcomed when I first entered the hotel. The reception/concierge staffs were warm and very efficient. The lobby had a very nice and classy ambience. The room and toilet was rather small.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Dubai! The access was great and the customer service was top-notch. I want to give a special shout-out to Ahmad at the reception, who should be a true example of customer service. From the moment I arrived, Ahmad was incredibly welcoming and made sure to ask about my needs and provide solutions. He actively listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to build a relationship with me. Ahmad had a deep understanding of what I needed within the guidelines of the hotel, and his level of service was exceptional.
