Even more disappointing than my last visit
I gave this place a second shot because I liked that they have a gym with air conditioning and reasonable equipment. However, as with last time when I arrived at my room, the smell of mold was overwhelming and even after cleaning the photo show a great deal of mold in the shower area in particular and also around the sink. The facilities are extremely degraded and do not look like the photos online at all. Everything is broken or under repair. And the one reason that I did like to book here is that they included a free shuttle bus to the beach club, but after I booked when I stayed, they told me that there was not going to be any shuttle bus because they didn’t have a driver.
Decent hotel for a getaway
We stayed 1 night for a short getaway from hectic schedule. The hotel is nice. Here I’ll write things that we like and dislike (perhaps to improve the hotel service). The front office team is really professional. Our keycard was not working, so the receptionist assisted and ushered us to our new room at 522. He was able to maintain his composure.

I extended my stay for one more night because I liked it so much.
Originally, I planned to leave Bali after just one night, but I extended my trip and added another night, including the flight ticket. One night was really not enough! I stayed at Segara first and then went to Limbah, but Segara is the newest building, so it definitely has a more sophisticated and relaxed atmosphere. Limbah is the cheapest building, and if you sit in the lobby, you can see 5 or 6 Korean couples coming in within just 20 minutes, haha. Still, it’s cost-effective, so I want to come back to Limbah with my family or friends. Rock Bar allows outside guests to make reservations, so you need to reserve in advance; it can get full even if you go at 5 PM.

Beautiful Bali Resort
Stayed overnight with my wife: 1. Check-in / check-out – We arrived the resort at around 10am. They are very strict with the check-in time of 3pm but they allowed us to use resort facilities. – The check-out is fast and efficient. 2. Facilities and pools – There are a lot of swimming pools in the entire Ayana estate. You can use all the other hotels’ facilities even if you are staying at Ayana Resort.
An oasis of luxury and privacy in Jimbaram (Segara)
This review is for new Segara resort with the Ayana Bali estate. Staying at the Segara was the best part of our Bali vacation. My husband and I last traveled to Bali 10 years ago, before we had kids, and I remember seeing Rock Bar and thinking, “I want to stay at this resort next time!” The Ayana estate overall more than fulfilled my expectations. The pool complex at the Ayana resort was amazing, especially the ocean views and the infinity pool. Staff were uniformly warm and accommodating, from the front desk to the doormen to pool staff.

A nearly perfect accommodation.
I have visited Bali many times, but I started to stay at Ayana Villas from a certain point onward. I believe the facility’s location, the staff’s responsiveness (speed, politeness, etc. ), the size of the villas, the quality of the furnishings and cleanliness, the completeness of the facilities, and the standard of the meals are all top-notch. Regarding this stay: – 2 people (couple) – 1BR Front Cliff Villa (500㎡) – 5 nights – Dry season I was able to contact my personal butler via WhatsApp 24/7, and he flexibly and quickly responded to various requests such as moving within the facility, making restaurant reservations, or chartering a car. Since I arrived early in the morning, they provided me with an Ocean View Cliff Villa as temporary accommodation for the 3-4 hours until the official check-in.
What a way to end our month long vacation!
Three letters. WOW! Cliff top ocean front villa, the bathroom at the villa, are you kidding me? It’s bigger than our entire house back home! I could have spent my whole day in there! Lol! Absolutely gorgeous and what a view of the ocean from our floor to ceiling windows in the bathroom! Impeccable butler service through out our stay, Everyone and I mean everyone of Ayana’s staff ( including the gardeners and property maintenance crew) were absolutely amazing and so friendly. Even the lady who works at the ice cream shop, she was so sweet! Dining options were endless and top notch, VIP access to Rock bar right by the DJ while the sun was setting, I mean I can go on and on! The views all around the resort, the walk on the peer, seafood by the ocean at Kisik, drinks and apps at Kisik lounge right above the restaurant, buffet breakfast that stretched all around the restaurant. And if that weren’t enough, guests who stay at the villas also have their own breakfast Resturant to dine in as well.

Hotel in Jimbaran Beachfront
I stayed from September 20-21, 2024, just for one night, but it was quite amazing and satisfying. Honestly, I know about this hotel because of the receptionist who was a woman, but during my stay, I was the only local, the others were foreign tourists. The dream type room is quite spacious, the shower bathroom is large, the water is strong and warm and cold, although the water is a bit salty because it’s by the beach, which is normal. A bathtub is available on the balcony with a sufficiently large size for a couple. The TV is small, not smart/google, just a regular LED, the bed is spacious, clean, and comfortable for sleeping three people with a 2.5-year-old child.

The hotel was beautiful, especially the spa, but the location in Jimbaran across from the beach is not stellar. About the hotel: staff are cheerful friendly but somewhat disorganized. The massages I booked ahead were nowhere to be found but they were able to book us same time same day. I loved our 2-hr couples massage, starting with lovely foot washing. Our spa room was superb — soaking tub, shower, carved credenza for our clothes! The bedroom was cold, beautiful, (with HBO!) but the heavy odor of pine from the cleaning agents were obtrusive.

Pros: -Mikhail @ Concierge was very helpful. Lobby cannot make a call to Bali Safari and Mikhail called for me with his own phone and provided me his whatsapp to help me. -People working there are very friendly. Overall, a really nice resort
The property is beach front, the beach is clean and has fine white sand, we enjoyed it. The facilities are very nice, it really is a luxurious hotel, everything you need is in there, of course it just comes with a big price, there’s i think 2-4 restaurants inside the hotel, a spa and a 24/7 gym. They also have money changers and atm inside the resort, as well as a few stores that sells accessories/clothing etc. I very much live their breakfast, there’s so many choices and really yummy pastries too, staff are also very nice, room are also spacious. Pool closes at 7pm, and they have no life guards.

Nice and Relaxing stay in Bali. Real treat
We had a great time there. We stayed in a one-bedroom villa with ocean view and private pool. The whole villa and sea view are definitely a treat in this vacation. They know it very well how to make the best pool, with the pool water temperature always ready for you to jump in and enjoy yourself. The architectural and interior design of the villa is quite elegant, with Balinese style mixed with any modern lifestyle needs, make it a comfortable yet typical Balinese experience.

we planned this vacation as a mid year gateway , as usual me and my wife booked four seasons as its always exceed our expectation in all aspects and bali was not an exceptional , once we’ve arrived we were upgraded to ocean front villa and arriving to the villa , the fruit basket with non alcoholic champagne was waiting for us , other that the villa and how breath taking it was , the service at the four seasons is amazing as usual , the whole crew was very friendly and all of our requests were addressed with alot of passion , for example my wife loved some sort of desert that was served in one of the restaurants in the hotel , we tried to order it on room services but it was unavailable , next day we found 2 dishes of that desert waiting for us at the room as complimentary , also my wife loved the coffe beans served in the coffe machine , she asked the hotel manager where can we buy this coffe in bali and we found that they prepared for us 2 packages of this beans as complementary at our check out , again one of the best four seasons stayed in and defiantly will repeat this again none.

Absolutely Not Bad At All
At first, we were hesitant to stay here because of the some not so good reviews, but most villas around our date was fully booked and Pat Mase was one the remaining choice (based on our budget). Fast forward, we finally arrived at the Villa and. absolutely not bad at all! We stayed at the 4 bedrooms villa.
Lovely little villa complex
We were very happy with this villa and we booked a second time. Lovely large spacious villas with private pool and communal pool. We loved the staff and for us the location was perfect as not too far from jimbaran beach and there is also a shuttle that goes there every hour. We know the area well so were able to rent a car and go around by ourselves to local warungs. The staff here are so friendly and were really good with our two year old daughter who loved staying here.
