Hotel lengkap untuk liburan
Untuk ketiga kalinya saya menginap di sini dan betul-betul masih terpuaskan. Hotel ini besar sekali. Hanya berjalan-jalan dari kamar ke restoran lalu ke pantai / kolam renang, lalu berjalan balik (ditambah sedikit jalan kaki di taman belakang balkon kamar), target 6000 langkah per hari sudah terpenuhi. Tak heran saya merasa sangat sehat di sini. Kamarnya luas dan bersih.

We recently celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at Ayodya Resort in Nusa Dua, and it was an experience to remember. The resort truly captures the essence of traditional Balinese style, with its mesmerizing architecture and serene atmosphere. The sprawling property offers a wide range of activities that make you lose track of time while savoring every moment. The private beach is beautiful, though it’s worth noting that it’s more of a grass area leading up to the sand. While the sand beach is public, the distance from the sunbeds to the ocean is over 100 meters, which was unexpected.

We came to Ayana Segara after spending three nights in Bali with the kids on a family trip, but I wish we had just stayed at the Hilton. I regret it. Hilton Bali Resort is much more satisfying in terms of service, location, convenience, and pool.

We just had amazing 5 days 4 nights staying at Hilton Nusa Dua and will definitely consider rebooking this resort if we are back to Bali next time. Pros: 1. Staff are very friendly and helpful. One night we took a taxi to a local shop and the staff asked my kids’ names. The next day when we were hanging around the resort, we heard someone calling the kids by their names from the distance and it turned out that it was the staff whom we met the night before. He remembered the kids and asked them how they are, etc.

Nice but not as great as I thought.
On first experience, it look stunning. We went to the reception where we were greeted by our friendly staff member and that’s where it ended with her. She gave us no information no information about the resort no information about our room no information about the local area or anything, quite unhelpful. check-in was an extremely lengthy process for some reason also. Taken to our room by very friendly bellboy on a golf buggy which was cute, he opened the door, took our bags in and left us be.
Unforgettable Engagement Trip
The hotel is set on an beautiful area within the Nusa Dua gated resort area. The lobby was overwhelmingly beautiful and projects a very chill and peaceful vibe. The resort area is big with it’s own private beach which was very quiet and clean. I came here with a plan to propose to my girlfriend and the hotel staff were very accommodating in helping me organize a lovely private beach dinner, fresh flower bouquet and also decorate the room with rose petals, folded towel swans and a bathtub filled with roses. Truly unforgettable.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, enjoyed our time so much, my kids cried when we left…
The breakfast was a great mix, with lots to choose from, my family and I enjoyed it a lot. The pool was amazing and kept very clean. I saw the gentleman cleaning it several times a day. It also seemed to be a salt water pool which is really nice! They were also constantly cleaning the grounds and keeping everything super tidy. We booked a family room, and we LOVED it! My kids really liked the bunk beds and they were very sturdy.

The room is spacious with a table provided inside; our child loves it. The cleanliness of the room is very good. The bed is clean, equipped with 4 pillows and an extra one. The refrigerator is cold and comes with a functioning small freezer. Room service is fairly quick; for instance, when we requested ice cubes, the service was super duper fast.

Very good with a couple of caveats
One needs to be careful when writing a review any resort or establishment in Bali keeping in mind the devastating impact of Covid on a destination primarily reliant on tourism. Having said that, reviews need to be fair and transparent so we the traveling public can rely on each other when making holiday choices. So, to the Sofitel Nusa Dua. Overall very very good. In summary on the positives: Great location if quality beach front is important.
Musty smell
Stayed 4 days but the first two days were horrible. The very first room was musty and had mold on the side lamps and also the shower head was kinda faulty. I decided to call the staff only the very next day as I thought I couldn’t stand the smell anymore. They brought me to another room and ask me whether is it still the same but all I can smell is the air freshener. The same smell occur when I came back in the late afternoon even with the dehumidifier on.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Sakala Resort during my vacation in Bali, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Great stay for a variety of people
I had the pool access room which was great and highly reccommend. It is more Benoa (north) than Nusa Dua so it is more of a drive to enjoy the lovely things like Sunday brunch at the Mulia or Sofitel or Kempinski, but the value for what you get makes up for that for me. I was impressed that myself and my friend are both so different yet still really enjoyed the property as a whole. Breakfast was great and my gluten free mostly vegan friend was truly happy with the selection as was I who has more western usual breakfast buffet tastes. Ayu is fantastic and remembered my name after just one breakfast.

Beautiful finale to our Bali trip
The resort is humongous and absolutely beautiful. We were greeted immediately upon arrival with delicious welcome drinks. We love the layout of the resort with the beautiful pool as the visual focus as we walked to our villa. It has a relaxing open vibe. We stayed in a Deluxe Pool Villa which was gorgeous, spacious, cozy, and clean.
The best accommodation! I really liked it.
It’s just like the picture. I highly recommend it if you’re going to a villa in Nusa Dua. I was worried because there aren’t many villas, but that was unnecessary. It’s clean and the staff’s service is top-notch. (I realized that after visiting other hotels) The pool is big enough that there was no need to use the communal pool.
